Horrible service and the person is very very rude guy.
While purchasing he speaks very friendly.and if we go with warranty and If need any service, immediately he will say stock is not available and we can't guarantee when will get it. Pls, don't go there.

I have visited this store many times and always left with a problem, I am sick of this horrible service and still having to pay even though the problem is with the screens they have been using. The service from everyone apart from the manager Chloe was wonderful.

New phone = screen protection! I had a lovely man serve me and recommended products for my phone. He gave his honest opinion and why! Oh and he also applied the new screen protector to my phone, VERY HAPPY. Highly recommend these guys over the others in the centre.

I have been sold the liquid Nano screen protector for my iPhone. Whilst the cash back warranty of $250 is fantastic, unfortunately EFM/Asfalis who own the product, do not accompany the best system for iPhone users when claiming cash back. I have spoken to Rachael/Rachel (not sure on correct spelling) from Happytel and have been delighted in the customer service and patience provided by her. I would recommend this place for customer service but not the product I have bought (if you are an iPhone user).

Their philosophy of serving customers really got me confused. They asked my husband to leave his two phones there and come back after 15 minutes for applying screen protectors. And what we saw was they chose to serve customers who came after us to have their screen protectors done and left out job behind. They were not rude or anything, but would not comment on the reason why this happened. So my husband decided to grab the phones and had the job done in the store on ground floor, which was swift and my he only got charged 1/3 of the price of what Happytel charged him. I was beyond surprised when he told me Happytel tried to charge him $150 for two screen protectors. He has always been price insensitive but Hey I got mine for $20 in Garden City…

The staff were very helpful, knew exactly what to do, went above and beyond to give me advice after breaking my phone. I was recommended to the Indro stall by a staff member at JB HIFI, who agree that these guys really are the best phone repairs in the area.

Really impressed with George's technical professionism, efficiency and honesty advice from customer point of view. George treated me as everyone expects to be treated back. Due to the traffic jam, I arrived after business closing time, George extended his business hours just waited for me till I picked up the repaired screen. I was so moved with his consideration. The price is very reasonable comparing others. Highly recommend George and his happytel in Indro!
