I’m so grateful for finding Happyland kids, a home away from home for my son. He has been there over 10months now and I have not had any problems the staff are kind and caring, the centre is clean, tidy & family focused and the perfect learning environment for my little one. My eldest also attends vacation care, the staff are always making activities affordable but fun & are highly trained, attending to the needs of my ASD child. I highly recommend them & will support them 100% all the way. Thanks so much guys, an amazing daycare & a godsend to this mummas sanity x

I cannot recommend Happyland Kids Child Care enough. My daughter has been going there for over a year and the love they show to all the children is fantastic. They are very nurturing and understanding in everything that they do. We had a horrible experience with another local centre and were recommended by some friends to try Happyland. The centre is well-kept and the staff are definitely the highlight.

Negligent childcare, blame shifting and don’t want to provide better or listen parents request, took our boy after consistent poor service, children deserve a better place.

I started sending my son to Happyland when he was about 5 months old. At the time, I was going through some pretty intense postnatal depression and was desperate for somewhere that would care about not just my son, but me as well. I found that and more with Happyland. Karen saw how much we were struggling and went above and beyond to help. Every single educator is engaged and passionate about kids.every single request I’ve had has been actioned immediately. My son is now almost 1, and we are moving away from the Gold Coast. I am absolutely heartbroken to be leaving Happyland. This centre is what all centres should strive to be - an extension of your own family.

Prior to moving from Melbourne, we had liaised with Karen (the manager) about enrolling our son into Happyland. Right from our first phone call Karen was so warm and welcoming. She was lovely to deal with and helped us through the entire enrollment process, as well as welcoming my parents with open arms to do a tour on behalf of us to ensure the the centre was a right fit for us. They left with such a lovely feeling, knowing that our son would be happy. The entire enrollment, and starting a new childcare process has been seemless. The staff are so friendly and genuinely care about the kids - it warms my heart to see the way my son has been welcomed into the centre. The kids are well cared for, and the communication is outstanding! I love reading about the creative activities they do and seeing so many photos of my son through the day. I can't explain how delighted we are with Happyland - it exceeded my imagination of how a centre could be and how happy my son was at childcare. I would recommend Happyland in a heartbeat!

Happyland has been my son's second home for 11 years. He has really enjoyed going to Happyland and loved the staff. As a parent, it has been wonderful to have my son where I know the staff cares and always go that extra mile when needed. The staff is professional, friendly and flexible. During a challenging time for my son, the staff stepped up over and above their duties which I will always be grateful for. I really recommend Happyland for any child and age, as both the kindy and the before and after school care are fantastic. My son have many happy memories and friends from Happyland

Fantastic staff and centre which have done an amazing job looking after our son. Staff are caring and friendly and the centre has a much better ratio of educators to kids compared to the large corporate centre our son previously attended.

I can’t recommend highly enough.my twin sons attend happy kids childcare since they are 5 months. They are about 15 months now still in the Centre. Before I decided to put them in the daycare, I went to few different centers, they are clean and white, but, it’s all like officers, give me the feeling is ‘cold’, I want somewhere give me feeling is “warm”, “family”. The environment is very important for children’s mental systems build up. When I walked to happy kids childcare, the sky blue floor, the colorful papers on the wall, the play Centre inside and the back yard, the birds and the rabbits and the other little ones， make me feel “yes”! That’s what I am looking for! That all the children like! That’s the children’s world! Then I did the enrollment straight away. At the start, My little one can’t sleep well, they just hold him in the arm for hours for him to sleep. What amazing stuff! We have had such a great experience with Karen and all the stuff in such a loving and nurturing environment. The centre has supported us a lot, They always think about parents they like your family. I have very high expectations and I can happily say my expectations have always been met and exceeded. Thank you for all your guidance and support! Can’t recommend this centre enough!

A truly wonderful caring place for kids to grow & learn. All 3 of our children have attended Happylands over the last 8 years and they have all loved it thanks to the happy, friendly and caring staff.

Negligent childcare. Parents please be aware. Quality is poor. High staff turn over. Unclean. Took my boys out of there asap! Children deserve a safe place to be in.

I've had a great experience and both my kids love their time here. For me, the understanding staff that are flexible, helpful and willing to assist where they can, above and beyond is something that I have loved. The personalised service is something that I have found lacking in big chains and branded daycare providers.

At the beginning of this year we changed from another centre in Arundel and I am so glad we made the move.
My 18mth old daughter is thriving at Happyland and I am thrilled with the outstanding level of care that she receives
Karen and her entire team of Educators are fantastic. Every morning when I drop off my daughter we are greeted by caring staff who are happy to be at work in a supportive centre with a community feel - this is just one of the main factors I was after - happy staff equals happy children!
Within the short few months we have been there the staff have taken a great interest in my daughter and have gotten to know her so well. We are totally on the same page with every aspect of her care and I walk out of the centre knowing that she’ll have all of her needs taken care of throughout her fun & interesting day.
This year we have seen the addition of Native Bees (with no stingers) & Guinea Pigs to the centre. The kids are delighted with these pets & my daughter often says bees & guinea pigs in her own way when on the way to Kindy in the mornings)
Another aspect of the centre that I’m impressed by is their feedback process. Every day I am provided with a variety of photos and extensive written feedback about exactly what has happened throughout the day. I am also able to have this feedback emailed directly to my family interstate with keeps the grandparents super happy too!)
Nappy changes, bottle quantities & times, sleep times & duration & meals are also clearly documented for me to see every day which is so helpful.
I can not recommend this centre enough for your child. It is exactly what a childcare centre should be - family focused!)

My son has been going to this kindy since he was one and they have been so amazing. They have helped me in so many ways and supported and cared for my son with tenderness. The teachers at the kindy are wonderful and the kids are adorable. I wouldn't have been able to get out of so many jams if it wasn't for them. They are so accommodating and care about getting to know you and your child. I would recommend them any day of the week. Thank you for looking after and taking such good care of my munchkin. Love you gals and guys and happy mothers day for all the mummy's.
My son adores the kindy we just moved to
Pimpama and tried moving him and the kindy didn't at all have a plan to integrate him didn't give him his own locker or haVCR his name anywhere. I moved him after 4 days because he was terrified to go. Instead of being understanding they charged me $600 for him not even going as I needed to give 2 weeks in advance and 2 weeks notice.
Happyland has never made me feel like a $$$$ or a number. Best kindy ever.
