Only store in Cairns that the loose tea leaves I was looking for! The knowledge, the passion 10/10 would recommend. The store is clean, spacious, and really pretty. I couldn't stop looking at everything! I actually felt comfortable and that my business was wanted. So, thank you for a good experience. I look forward to the next time I'm in.

Consider charging trading hours. Sign on door says opens at 10, says online opens at 10. Not once have I seen this store open any earlier then 11 lol

My friend and I went in this morning for the first time we were met with the most beautifulest service and a wonderful young woman the agile lovely and clean easy to navigate and was the Best service I’ve had in a long time she was so helpful with everything and I would Recommend the shop to anybody 100% really nice to see thank you for making my shopping experience a fantastic time

Love this shop in Lake St Cairns.the products are reasonably priced and affordable.which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went out of their way to help me with my enquiries and are quite knowledgable. There is a great range of herbs with explanations as to how they work and a vast range of products on display to support ones health and happiness. Colourful, great presentation. I could spend hours there!

I love coming to the Happy Herb Shop. The service is great and you never feel pressured to buy anything. I went in the other day to buy my sister some raspberry leaf tea to help with her labour and delivery journey. There is a lot of knowledge in the store. So don’t be shy, add it to your to do list while visiting Cairns. I always leave with a smile on my face. I will be back again soon.

This is such a beautiful and fun shop. So many interesting health and herbal products, cute gifts and gorgeous clothes. There is always someone lovely behind the counter and nice tunes playing. A little magical realm right in the city, I love wandering around and always leave with some treasurers.

Purchased one purchased one of their products labled $80. Once i got home
I noticed I was charged $120. The item I received had the same code as the $80 Box. The owner responded to me
"Im not coles or Woolworths, they were labled incorrectly. I have a 7 year old son"
How about as a business owner take responsibility for mislabeling your products. How about black out the incorrect pricing and label them correctly.

I love the oregano they sell here! It makes me feel like I am ascending unto a higher plane and unlocking my true telekinetic potential to assist me in taking down skinwalkers disguised as commercial aircraft! The magic basil was also a delight however it didn't taste very nice on my pigs feet and mayonnaise pie, it was a wonderful experience, 5 stars!
