Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going each day here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment.
The Happy hearts staff are responsive to the needs of each child. There are open, supportive and experiences for children. Interactions between staff and children are warm and positive. Learning opportunities are developmentally appropriate, interactive and plentiful.

I had been searching for a child care centre with educators who are engaged and enthusiastic with my children and I could not have found a better centre! Happy Hearts has been a blessing for our family. From my oldest HATING being dropped off to being happy to go every day… just amazing!

We had horrible drop offs at my sons pervious centre. Would cry and scream every morning.
Since moving him to Happy Hearts Parkridge he has been the happiest I have seen him in a long time. Every morning he runs in to the educators and enjoys helping them with all sorts of task- eg setting up the yard and getting the breakfast trolley.
I couldn't be more happier with the staff. They have been in contact with me every day and have made me and my son feel safe and loved. They really do care about children and the families.

My 2 year old attended happy hearts for a brief period of time. One afternoon upon picking her up I witnessed her educator yelling at her while pointing and telling her to go away. It was 4pm in the afternoon, my 2 year old looked exhausted and just wanted a hug. The following week my 2 year old become hysterical on drop offs - to the point she would vomit from crying. After pulling her out of the centre I was informed another parent went through something similar and had to do the same. This centre looks great on paper but truly are the complete opposite. And my experiences from this centre have definitely left their mark. I would also like to add, while my 2 year old attended this centre she started vomiting a lot from crying. The centre showcases a lot of multicultural /diversity but do not participate or offer anything that isn’t mainstream Australian culture. I wouldn’t recommend, and I advise everyone this strongly. Since pulling my child out she’s thriving so much and not vomiting from anxiety or stress from educators not wanting to provide basic comfort.

My child has been going to happy hearts park ridge for over a year now and I have so much I could say about the centre but where to begin. The centre is such a clean Hygienic centre, as every centre has a policy to follow for sickness but happy hearts park ridge really will go up n beyond with theirs. Another wonderful thing about this centre is the staff omg I love the staff they are all happy energetic and happy to be at work which is such a welcoming thing to us parents. They have a wonderful kitchen with amazing food which is such a wide range fit for every child. And such a wonderful thing for us adults they offer hot Beverage with a sweet snack to go with your drink. I would and have highly recommended happy hearts daycare centre park ridge. I will be very sad when my child leaves as I have not only found a wonderful daycare centre but built friendships with the staff.

I enrolled my son as soon as Happy Hearts opened up the road. Since being enrolled his social skills have improved and he has become the most confident little boy ever. The staff at happy hearts are inclusive and welcoming not only to the kids but to all families. The chef cooks the kids the most amazing meals as well. I couldn’t have chosen a better daycare.

The team of educators that work here are so lovely and they have created such an inviting and happy environment.

My kids are absolutely thriving at Happy Hearts Park Ridge! The educators are incredible, and the facilities are outstanding. As a full time working Mum, I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my kids, when I cant.

Best childcare facility! I couldn’t recommend more. All the educators and staff are lovely, they make my child feel happy and safe. My daughter can’t wait to attend each week. I love the updates about what activities the children have done that day, the chef goes above and beyond feeding the little ones a range of delicious foods each day. Also the birthday cakes are outstanding! The activities the children participate in are always well thought out and super fun! Happy hearts do a great job thinking outside the box.

My son has been attending here for almost six months now in the nursery. We find the staff to be caring, genuine and dedicated to their roles as carers and educators. The onsite chef Mandy provides varied nutritious and interesting meals for the children and the whole environment is clean, pleasant and always inviting. Honestly the best daycare ever.

We love happy hearts, the centre is warm and inviting with friendly caring staff who go above and beyond for the children and our little guy loves the food that miss Mandy makes and loves to see the wonderful cakes that miss Mandy also creates. They are supportive with each child’s interests and encourage them to build on them. The centre really does create happy hearts. Extremely welcoming and professional service which I feel comfortable in sending my child to. Beautiful and fresh facility and the teachers and director are all lovely. Although we live a distance away from the daycare, this centre has provided such significantly high expectations that I will not consider sending our little one anywhere else.

My son has been going to happy hearts for around 6 or so months now,
He was never happy with me leaving him anywhere, but since being at happy hearts, he loves going anywhere, especially kindy, he counts down the days until it’s ‘play centre’ time (my boy doesn’t believe it’s a kindy, as it’s too much fun). All staff are absolutely wonderful, they all welcome you on arrival, go above & beyond for each child & family, I get constant updates & they have the best food, from the best chef in town.
Would highly recommend this centre to everyone.
