At least one person there with a bad attitude seemed annoyed she had to open the shop door at 7.00am which strangely enough is opening hours.
I wasn't the only customer there at 7.00am

Caution when purchasing meat products. My husband bought 2kg lamb chops, after 24 hours they were off. (Meat started to turn green, and the smell was atrocious) Please check with the butcher on duty if the meat is fresh. I have contacted Safe Food Production Qld. Hans you're going to make someone extremely sick with food poisoning. Will NEVER buy from here again.

Seen advertised on TV so thought would give a try. Wow, what an amazing saving on quality meat. With the increase in living expenses we are trying to save money in all areas for our family of 5 big eaters. Buying at whole sale prices is a huge saving. Worked out $151 for 19 meals. Thank you to Neville who carried my 2 big boxes of meat out to the car for me in the rain. Now that's customer service. Will definitely be my new butchers.

Was a great trip to Hans Factory Shop today, driving from Redcliffe to Wacol can be daunting at times but definitely a good visit with plenty of affordable meat and great service from Neville and his team. Not often our kids enjoy shopping, credit where credits due. Great job, keep up the good work.

Open to the public and staff are friendly. They have weekly specials you can find on their facebook page. Even if you want something that is not displayed just ask as they may have it. 9 times out of 10 they have had what I was wanting.

I Love this place and have being getting my meat & munchies from here on and off for the last 4 to 5 years and still Won't buy my meat Anywhere else! Fantastic and polite staff who will definately go out of their way to assist you, if asked! The meat is to die for and always fresh! No preservatives put onto meat like smaller butchers do! And you will Always get bang for your buck here! I'm on a disability pension and I can still afford to buy these guys food. 5 out of 5 stars Definately. If you guys like your meat this is the place to get it.

Visited here for the first time and drove away with a fully-packed 80L freezer. Economical and excellent quality products. From 'Learoy' to 'Dad', the helpful and friendly people here are integral and definitely make the establishment successful. I'll be back!

I cannot say much about the place but except is a very big to be. My daughter works there and says it is a nice place to work and the people are nice to.but there is one problem that they have their a great big water tank they have it stinks

Marinated meatballs for quick dinner and beef brisket for the smoker/slow cooker. Pork butt, cheap sausage (on the right day) and friendly staff make shopping there a swift but pleasant journey. Thanks guys!

Went for the daily ham special $1/kg which was a bargain but not much else worth buying today. Many prices same as you'd pay at supermarket or butcher. It really depends on the day you go, last visit I scored heaps of amazing specials on whole boxes of salami, chorizo etc. Staff were great, very helpful. Hour and a half round trip for me but the ham was definitely worth the drive

Great shop very clean and tidy shop for being fifteen years old. Staff are very friendly and don’t rush you out of the shop meat is awesome never had any bad experiences. Will never buy my meat from the other shopping centres. Christmas ham was absolutely delicious. Neville and his staff thanks for changing me over to your shop.

Great service. Great prices. Great quality meat. Got my fib eyes sliced to my liking for free. Great range and if you can't see what you are looking for just ask. They most likely will have it. Friendly staff too.

Staff were friendly, but you have to know your prices as some of the meats were overpriced but definitely had some bargains

Good range of meat products. Usually a few items heavily discounted, eg this visit sliced pineapple flavoured ham 8 x 100gm for $3, use by date 19 July 2021 and 300gm Kabana vacuumed sealed $3, use by 7 July 2021.

This place has always friendly staff, fresh meat and cheap prices. My family is happy because this place is like a jewel. Thank you, manager Doc. Thank you for always kindly cutting Korean BBQ style. This is the best butcher shop I highly recommend.

Best thick sausages and a great price. Other meats are of the highest quality and recommend you give them a try.

Friendly staff and great prices, great daily specials, good range. Plenty of parking at the back, easy access. Highly recommend this butcher, I'll be back.

Bought budget porterhouse. Overwhelmed by the stench I threw them out for the dogs who were reluctant to eat. Feeling guilty I gave them the meat, will be monitoring them today.
