I spoke with Jase from Handle House - Brisbane and he was absolutely fantastic - informative, new all the products inside out, made suggestions that took the door wear from looking basic to outstanding. The turnaround time for special finishes and delivery was so fast and efficient considering the reno was in a rural area of the Northern Rivers in NSW.

I am so grateful for the expertise and patience shown when dealing with me as owner builder/renovator. I would never go anywhere else.

These barn door handles from handle house were a breath of fresh air. Firstly I was able to choose between sizes and black, white and stainless finish. Jes even showed me a bright red coloured handle custom made for a client in NSW (very interesting). Another big tick for me was the fact that all of the barn door hands are Australian made and also made from stainless steel. I just picked up the E73 barn door handles set for just $65 - I could not find a better priced handles. Thanks again Jesse and everyone else at Handle House.

The best helpful service i have had in a long time from both Brisbane and Kunda Park stores.
We had some difficulty adjusting the handle to fit the door, but the handle house staff were amazing at troubleshooting it for us to make it work. Even following up with us to check we were happy! Amazing service just for a door handle! The handle is beautiful quality and it was delivered the next day after order! Great job guys! Be sure to tell the manufacturer of the handle to add to the install instructions that the inter-connecting pins are adjustable, that would of saved a lot of time.

Quality products, Quality service, Variety and Reasonable prices!

After searching many, many places and sites for what seemed like months on end, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Everything just seemed to be the same stuff, everywhere. I wanted something a bit unique, not exactly sure what it was, but I knew when I saw it, I would know.
Then someone recommended handle house.
From my very first contact with Jase he was so friendly, knowledgable, approachable and everything just seemed to fall into place.

Recieved fantastic service from Jase on my visit! They had a super wide range to choose from (and all my selections in stock, ready to go straight away). Plus installation tips for my style of cabinet. Overall an easy, friendly experience - highly recommend.

Went in looking for handles for our en-suite vanity. They took one look at our tape are and showed us the perfect handle first go, saved us a lot of time and running around. Highly recommended, don’t just go to Bunnings!

My experience with the staff at Handle House was beyond exceptional! They went above and beyond with kind and very patient, attentive service!
They went to a lot of bother and time to help me out but did not at any time make me feel like a bother, which I really appreciated.
Jase was so helpful with great advice and feedback, he has good taste and not pushy, but his thoughts and ideas are well worth asking for.
The product range is top quality with a lot of variety to choose from.
The shop front is a delightful, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to spend time in while you choose what you are looking for.
The only problem I had was making a decision!

Great, great experience! Jase is a such a nice guy and great helper too. And if you are lucky enough, you will be greeted by his dog PJ (biggest sweetheart). Highly recommended and obviously we`re getting the rest of handles from there!

Probably the best customer service I have ever received, let our dog inside because we had driven over and hour to get there, with water and treats for our dog! Excellent range of handles and great price too, plus option to powder coat. I would 100% recommend Jase and the team.
