The staff members looks not professional. They don't know about product. Just stand reception area.

I went there a few days ago and there was a new male employee, working his first shift at Hanaromart Garden City. He was not sure how to proceed the customer’s payment, which is a totally normal learning experience at work. As the manager saw that the male employee could not proceed the payment, she made the employee feel ashamed and embarrassed in front of all the customers. She yelled at him saying “Why can’t you even do this? ” “If you didn’t know you should’ve asked” in a very harsh and unprofessional manner.

To fulfil the maximised experience for us customers, treating your employees in a disrespectful attitude not only ruins the employee’s passion to work, but also ruins our experiences at Hanaromart.

Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I like the veggie here but the staff are rude. Especially the man who load the stock. We stand there to pick what we want and he know we standing there because he adjust the trolley in different angles but he still keep pushing the trolley and rolling my toe. I said stop he keep pushing and I save my toe and told him we are standing there. He just glance at us then keep doing the loading without any apologize. It seems the shop don't care about customers only care about the money.: (Compared to other Hanaromart shop, not recommend this one at all. I will keep watching on my toe's bruises see how's that goes.

I guess It's hard to work in grocery market. The workers try to be friendly and nice to customers. It's bit small but I can buy whatever I want. It's my favorite place.

Make sure to check your reciept. I was over charged twice in a row. Just because it's says special and price is lower on the tags, you are getting charged at normal price. The shop owner put the photos up of shoplifters, well then her photo should be up there for cheating and robbing people's money

Come in to grab some drinks for the kids, anything with lychee in it and kids love it.

Cheaper than Woolies and food outlets, like around the $2 - $3 range for a drink. And they also have a big range of imported Asian drinks also, can’t go wrong

Okay store but really bad customer service compared to other hanaromarts. Particularly in check out, yet to have a genuinely nice person.

My favourite place for frozen green prawns, kimchi, kimchi dumplings, lotus leaf bao buns, Chinese five spice and Soju. Staff are very friendly. With heaps of fresh produce, frozen food and pantry goods available, it's like an Aladdin's cave of yumminess. Your only challenge will be deciding what to choose. #iwantitall

Girl at the counter today (26 October around 1pm) was very rude to me and the customer behind me. She was always rolling her eyes and sighing. She should be fired for bad attitude and poor customer service skills.

Decent variety of food and Asian groceries. Great customer service from counter staff in general.

25/03/21 19: 00-19: 30 Have one girl staff whose hair between golden and yellow, very rude to me and my BF when we pay the bill. That’s very disgusting. We won’t get back again.

I just saw two guys wearing the store outfit stuff their face eating free samples then went back for some seconds. Not a good look eating IN uniform whilst working, i mean geez, who the hell sticks the cup infront of the girl at the counter of the sample booth around customers. You wouldn't get away with that at mcdonalds

First time visit, went in to buy some soju because it was advertised for cheaper next door. Proceeded to get yelled at by the cashier telling us that the store wasn't a bottle shop and that we would need to purchase something else for minimum of $8, Which was fine but she didn't have to yell at us and humiliate us. We didn't know since there was no sign saying we needed to purchase something else with the soju. After handing us to another cashier she proceeded to eat her food in front of us which is highly unprofessional. They didn't offer us a bag and when we asked she got angry at us again. Please evaluate your overall professionalism in a workplace.

Great friendly staff and fantastic prices. Wen't in over the weekend to grab a Korean BBQ Grill and some ingredients for a great price. When leaving the shop my son's balloon floated to the ceiling outside of the store and the staff offered to help retrieve it. What a great experience:)
