Shoutout to Jasmine! I have never met such a dedicated, helpful and kind hearted employee that makes all of her customers feel valued and respected. Jasmine goes above and BEYOND her job position to make sure every customer feels comfortable in store and is an absolute sweetheart. She is such a great addition to the Chermside store and is the main reason I keep on coming back, nonetheless, referring this store to others:)

Searching for a suit can be daunting. We were served by a lovely young man today. The best service we had received all day and we had visited numerous shops. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and keen to assist. Very refreshing.

My son needed gear for his upcoming formal and staff were helpful assisting with fitting and giving us a great deal. Good value for money and they have some cool gear

Got helped by Dylan to pick out a suit for the wedding and he was amazing! Got really professional service and he really knew how to help me and out and make me feel comfortable. Such a pleasant experience! Would highly recommend anyone to have a chat to Dylan if you’re looking for a suit!

Got served by Dylan? (I think his name was) today and was probably the best customer service i've ever gotten in my life. Only words needed to describe him is a genuine good bloke - massive help when it came to helping me choose my suit/size etc.and good input on style choice. Just seemed stoked to be alive - great attitude. Hopefully I've gotten his name right he was working today at about 2pm but absolute legend Dylan have a good life man. Second suit i've bought from Hallenstein's and great service and quality both times. Could not recommend more cheers legends!

Visited the Chermside store with my son to purchase a suit. Service was outstanding, staff were friendly, helpful, great prices & choice. Brianna was amazing in helping us with what we needed & went above & beyond to help us.

Liam from Hallenstein Brothers Chermside was awesome. He helped me choose a suit for my wedding as well as sized it perfectly for me and made sure he got all the matching pieces for my groomsmen. He made such a daunting task simple.

Suits at great but the other clothes seem a little over priced and a bit itchy, also don't wash well.
