After a mishap with my order online, the girls in Hallensteins Garden City, went over and beyond to resolve my issue before we travelled overseas. I cannot give them a more glowing review. For simply wanting to provide assistance, solutions and doing it so efficiently. Thank you so much T’harnee & Cass for this amazing experience of customer service.

Have been shopping at Hallenstein's for a few years now and having a store within a close distance is super handy. Absolutely love everything I buy from Hallenstein Brothers and the Garden City team are always super helpful and informative!

Nice clothes, decent prices I suppose. The girl workers can be chatty and on your back when you're just trying to browse in peace but, other than that it's good.

This place has become my favourite place to buy men's wear. They cater to all shapes, nice to find a place that do large men's wear. The staff is super friendly and ready to help you at drop of a coin.

I popped in to do some browsing, not sure if I was Christmas shopping or shopping for myself. The young gentleman who approached me - I can't fault him. He told me about all the specials and offered to help with sizing for me. I wish I got his name but he said he was an electrician. As someone who has worked and trained people in customer service for over 20years - this young man was impeccable in his service and rapport.

Shopped here a couple times, popped in once to browse for festival clothing then returned later to make a purchase. Whilst browsing one of the staff asked us "if we were just going to come in and out because we were ruining their conversion rate. " As a frequent customer, who was actively making a sale, this is pretty ridiculous. May need to work on basic customer service training.

I went today and left more than happy with my mother because we were accompanied by a great employee (her name was Anmol I think and was very nice) and she not only found a great suit that was in my size but also a shirt, pants, shoes and a beautiful tie to go with it at a great price for my formal! I will for sure be back soon looking to buy some of the other variety of clothes you have there.

Excellent price and super friendly staff, was able to get my suit trousers pinned instore when i bought them, then sent to be tailored, pick up after two or three days, very convenient, amazing atmosphere and aesthetic

It was ok. The staff are nice etc but the music is just too loud. I walked out feeling frustrated trying to hear the sales person. They were trying to sell add-ons which is great but I just wanted to get out. Maybe if I felt more comfortable I might have bothered trying to listen to the add-on spiel.

Great quality, super comfy shirts and shipped from Auckland to Brisbane in 2 days! Will definitely be purchasing from here again.
