Love this place. Staff are always helpful, and I always get compliments when I wear stuff from here.

Watching the staff talk to their mates out the front of the store while customers wait at counter to purchase items.

I was witness to a disgusting and unprofessional act in this shop.
A few days ago a young man was in the shop and he bought some clothes from this shop and paid for them. When he walked out, 4 employees approached him and took him back to the shop and in front of people empty his bag rudely. The young man didn’t say anything to the employees only shook his head.the employees didn’t even apologise for the disgusting behaviour they have done. The young man was so calm and let them do whatever they wanted to do.
I immediately left the shop because I don’t want to shop at this place anymore. The employees were disgusting and so rude.
I think they need more training in customer service. If I was that young man, I definitely sue the employees.

Casual street attire that's a step up from Cotton On, JayJays and the like. Reasonably priced clothes.

Even though staff were alternating store, they actually stopped and asked me if they could be able to assist me. Which is amazing that they were able to sort out what I was looking for.

My favourite clothing store by far. Had everything I was looking for and I'm very satisfied with my purchases.

One very helpful assistant the other two I first approached male and a female weren't at all interested in assisting me. They were too busy in their own conversation. I was looking for clothes for 9 year old twin boys the first two assistants standing together talking simply said 'no they don't have that size'.
I was about to leave the store when another female assistant overheard the conversation and said we may be able to help you with the sizing you are looking for. I rated 4 because of that one very helpful assistant. She deserved 4

Super friendly staff member assisting us with Christmas shopping, forget her name but she was lovely. Good choice of clothes in this store

I don't usually care to write reviews but the experience I just had walking in there was really cool. I walked in and it felt like I'd just met up with a couple of friends. We chatted about random stuff and I had a really comfortable time. I also tried on a couple of shirts and they were real helpful. Thanks peeps

I looked in many shops in Westfield North Lakes for a particular shirt, which I could not find. But a friendly and helpful gentleman called Blake from this shop found the shirt I desired in the correct size that had been taken out of the shop. I commend Blake highly and will consider Hallenstein Brothers in the future for when I purchase more clothes

I came in today and there was 3 staff on. 2 girls and 1 boy. The only person actually serving was a long dark haired girl who was looking after everyone while the other two stood behind the counter chatting. I did a full lap of the store trying to find something and not 1 person spoke to me. Not impressed.

First time shopping here and I have to say I was impressed with the service from two lovely males that worked yesterday, one in particular who was very helpful!

I was looking for a particular styled shirt and he was so helpful and brang lots of suggestions to the change rooms that were perfect choices for the style I was after

Decent pricing and a great vibe from the store and the workers! Will be back for sure
