Received an absolutely phenomenal service from Ellie today. Got my hair styled and cut and I can not praise Ellie high enough I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut if I tried. She was not only lovely and patient but explained everything she was planning to do along the way and informed me of the best products for my hair and the reasoning behind her choices. I came in today for a colour appointment. Mollie did an amazing job. I was happy with her work but also the service she provided me. She helped me with products that could lock the colour in and make it last longer. Definitely will recommend Hairhouse Ipswich to anyone looking for a great hairdresser

Got a very unflattering trim here.they somehow created more split ends than i had before i arrived and left my hair uneven.after (purple shirt) before (face selfie)

Had my hair done today by Tanya, I’m so in love with the colour that she created for me. Not only does it look fabulous it has instilled more confidence in myself, I walked out of the salon feeling refreshed. The advice she provided me throughout the service was great along with the hair care products she recommended for me to use at home as part of my hair care routine to help improve and maintain my hair.

Hairhouse squeezed me in with my spontaneous decision to get my hair coloured. Ellie was really good explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. Especially because this is not really my thing. Was a great experience. Plus the colour and cut was awesome of course. Lynka helped out too (my hair is a lot) - nice friendly team environment. I’m perfecting the hair flick now that I’ve got something worth showing off ;)

OK so first of all I just got my hair done today by the lovely Amy and oh my goodness… it was the best hair appointment I’ve ever experienced. I got a shaggy wolfcut type of style as well as full hair dye of black and red and it turned out amazing. Amy was very sweet, funny and easy to be around (THANK YOU, AMY).

She explained herself very clearly and kept asking questions to ensure that what I was getting was what I wanted. Amy also went through every step of what she was doing along the way.

After getting my hair cut and coloured she went through multiple products and explained what they were for and what to use to keep my colour vibrant and protected. She also styled my hair for me which helped me see how I can style it in the future.

Overall, the stylists were so sweet and very professional. They definitely knew what they were doing and I felt like I (my hair) was in good hands. If you’re considering booking your next hair cut definitely consider the Ipswich Hairhouse Warehouse.

Ellie at Hairhouse Ipswich is amazing, her experience with colouring and hair extension installation and colour matching is truly amazing. She is THE only person I go to when i get my hair done and will continue to be the only person.

Great service from staff yesterday. They took the time to help me find a great secret Santa gift within my budget.

Absolutely horrible! A recently "qualified" hairdresser botched a simple bob cut.soo bad that my wife said she'd rather shave her head. Senior staff came to the rescue and did a very short cut (referred to as Butch by my wife), then they charged her $180! $70 for the original botched job, $40 for a treatment, then another $70 to fix it. My wife being the kind person she is didn't make a fuss at the store and when she informed me, she didn't want me too either (after we had left Riverlink). You owe my wife atleast $140! Should have been completely free! Go back to trade school lady!

I get a cut and dye every 6 weeks and the staff are always friendly and professional. Always look forward to my appointment

I first tried Hairhouse Ipswich when I decided regardless of my mature age, I wanted a bit of purple layered in my hair. My previous well-known and expensive hairdresser said "no", it was against the owner's policy; I began researching other salons.
Hairhouse Ipswich had the highest reviews, plus 'word of mouth'.
My daughter and I have both been regular clients now for the past 2 years; the staff are colour magicians and only use the brand products suited to our specific hair types. I've never had a hair-cut that was too short or unflattering; and the relaxed atmosphere is amazing.
