I visited twice times, but the last experience was no good. I tried to dye my hair light brown, but the result was black. The designer said the colour would gradually lighten after about a week, but even after a couple of months, my hair was still black, and my hair got too damaged. Some parts were not dyed perfectly, so I had to dye my hair again. My hair is damaged, which was not the experience I hoped for. Anyway, the staff were nice and friendly.

I had such a good experience here! Sia brought my hair from virgin black to a cool beige blonde. It required 2 rounds of bleach and I requested that she blend brown into the roots. I have neutral/cool skin tone and she read it perfectly; the brown and beige tones she picked match my skin way better than the colors I showed her at the beginning of my appointment. She was very clear about the pricing and attentive to the processing time. My hair still feels strong and smooth, and Sia gave me hair wash recommendations to keep the color. I was at the salon from 10a to 4p and my total cost (Colour Pkg + root blend + 2nd round of bleach + extra dense hair) was $470 AUD. I love my colour, and would definitely return!

Tip: Kausie is really conveniently located in an East Asian plaza. You can run over to Bánh Mì Southport and grab a sandwich. Machi Machi has some great boba to pair with:)

This salon has the best service. Today I was feeling really down about my hair, and decided to go to these guys and they honestly made me feel so much better. Note to self dont trust your younger sibling to cut your bangs. I walked in there embarrased by the state of my hair and out of there with confidence. Highly recommend. Great service and great staff. They definitely know what they are doing.

I bought my son here to get his hair cut as it had turned into a massive bush. The young lady did such an awesome job, will definitely come back.

Over the past 9 years in Australia, I could not find a good hairdresser whose quality of work I would like. Finally, I am 100% satisfied with the result. Andy is a truly talented hairdresser who takes pride in his work and who has high standards. The salon has a very pleasant atmosphere, all the staff are friendly. I am very happy with quality, price and wonderful Andy's skills. I highly recommend Andy as one of the best hairdressers in Gold Coast. His work is like art!

Amazing! The stylist who cut my hair was a true professional who gave me great advice as well as a beautiful haircut that I’m very happy with. I was very worried about cutting my hair since I arrived in Australia (I'm Brazilian). I'm glad I went to Kausie! Everyone was so polite and kind, the hairdresser who did my cut was so talented and I am in love with my new hair!

I got my hair coloured and cut by Lin who was very knowledgeable and nice throughout the session. She gave me tips on how to style with curtain bangs and gave me good recommendations for hair products. I would highly recommend visiting this salon and will be coming back again:)

Andy canceled the booking at last minute after I arrived and waiting in their salon for a while. He canceled the booking due to another work with customer he didn’t apologize neither. What an attitude.
