Been to this salon twice, forgot the name of the first lovely lady that did my hair but she did such an amazing job. I was looking for a new salon as my previous ones were pushy in their sales, would do things I’d ask them not to do, over charge, left me with bleach burns etc. I came to this salon after hearing about it from word of mouth. I love their service! Absolutely everything about this salon is amazing. My hair turns out exactly how I want it to, the price is worth the service, lovely hairdressers and they provide you with coffee and treats. I just had my hair done again, this time by Kara and I’m so in love! It feels so good to have hair this pretty. And I’ve received so many compliments on it too. I had foils and she did the perfect toner, plus the way she added light layering into my hair was perfect too! Thank you so much. My go to salon now!

I’ve been here for hair donation, hair cut and fringe trim. Their service and haircut is amazing and I can’t think of going to any another hairdresser in the future! The best hairdresser in Australia I’ve ever been to!

We did foils, toner, root smudge and extensions and my hair looks absolutely incredible. The Colour is natural and matched perfectly and better than ever before. Definitely my go to salon!

I enquired prices for 3 services, got reply next day for approximate price of 2 of them. Asked again if it is for everything? 4 days later answer was just no.so I have never got a quote for everything I wanted to be done, they seem to be quite happy with the customers they have and not interested in new ones.

I 100% love this salon and can't get over how happy I am with my hair. I've been to a few salons on the Gold Coast and nothing compares to the service and results from this lovely salon. I came in for a consultation and was able to leave with rejuvenated hair.

Sabrina and Lauren are amazing people with unbelievable skills and are pure workhorses when it gets to quality, performance and outcomes for their clients. This salon is truly "Heaven" on earth and is the only go to place on the Coast when I get my "Men's hair cut", as they both get it perfectly done.

The customer service is incredible with their little treats and variety of coffee and will never let anyone hanging. The salon itself is really on top of things like hygiene and cleanliness. This really proves why it is "Hair Heaven Emporium".

I love visiting this salon, because it always provides a chilled vibe and is one of the few places personally where I can relax, zone out and get treated like a VIP.
