Horrible customer service, the lady who served me did not even smile or atleast sound enthusiastic. Then she proceeded to get my order wrong & when i went up to tell her she rudely told me that’s what i asked for, which i didn’t. I know what i said. I love GYG and always come to you guys.but this will be the last for Winter Garden. Very disappointed.

Great place but terrible staff. They limit how much meat toppings they give you and then proceed to say that’s how it’s made when we receive it differently from other places. Not happy.

Head to the Wintergarden, down the escalator and look to your right and there it is. Was filled with the cheaper filler items such as rice or beans and less of the meat and avocado etc. It does hit the spot when you feel like mexican and the staff are friendly, run through the process patiently and keep things moving. Sometimes service is a bit slow for a 30 minute lunch break but the place is popular and location is great.

The app has made the experience so much better. Order and head to GyG for pick up. Food quality has improved. A solid choice now.

I had recently ordered a Cali Burrito inter-state, which was great! The one I ordered today at the Wintergarden, not so much; it felt slapped together, was MUCH smaller, and the fresh ingredients were lacking.

I came in today (Monday 14th of August) and it was very busy, but definitely worth the wait. The food was great and serving sizes were pretty good. Prices are pretty cheap depending on what you buy and the young girl at the till was very nice and helpful.

The service is really bad. They do not have any sense of talking. Very rude behaviour they do not even deserve one star. They make the food even something else. Gyg authorities should look after this gyg that what’s going over there.

We ordered a Burito. After looking at the lack of detail on the sign board about ordering the extras, we asked the girl what extras there were. She gave us a dumb look. We then asked what was in the barito. She boringly quickly rattled off a few of the ingredients. We ended up ordering two beef baritos which were so tasteless. What about options for sauces? What a waste!

I think this location is one of the best. Fast service, servers are very nice. Portions are also noticeably bigger than others. When i asked for sauce, they were happy to provide. Will be coming back again

Food is mid. Maybe 4 stars if you catch them when its quiet.
Coffee is bad ($2.50 coffee so i guess i get what i payed for).
Just get your dose of caffeine somewhere else, it'll be worth it.
Staff are either rude, unfriendly or uninterested.

This was a go-to last year because service was fast (sometimes) and friendly. Deadass almost every weekend I would eat here. Revisited this GYG after almost a year of not eating here. Ate here for the past couple weekends and can confidently say that this place is low-key pretty bad. And that cute, weekend girl with the long hair (manager? Supervisor?) no longer works here, so only 1 star for atmosphere

This is one of the worst Guzman y gomez that I been, the service average the food tasteless and cold.

Good Mexican food and burritos are one of my personal favourites. Really busy during lunch hours on weekdays, usually the wait time is between 15 to 20 minutes. The store is located in winter garden food court and is very popular among office guys working in the CBD. The staff is friendly and the service is good.

Extremely poor service. If you have something not available during lunch time then better tell the people rather than making them wait for ages. Spent my money for nothing!

I was really disappointed with my order today. My nachos has a tiny little hair on it and the avocado peel was mixed on to the guac. Also some parts of the guac were big slices.
I love GYG but today is definitely a different story. I took photos of my food if you need it.

Takeaway food in an indoor food court. Only just adequate air-conditioning. Burrito was OK, but not exciting.

Your team need to talk to your staff and make sure they're all
properly trained to represent your business. Unfriendly staff and I got food after 30 minutes

The cashier (Annabell?) that said “thanks lovely” as I paid needs a pay raise for being so pretty and for making me blush

How difficult it could be you guys put a display showing up ready orders? !? !? Much better than an employee screaming out all numbers…mainly on lunch time

Staff are getting lazy these days, they don't even care enough to put the fries in the bags.smh.

Restaurant is falsely assigning orders as being "ready" when it's not actually ready so you turn up when the app says it's ready and it's total nonsense - waste everyone's time.
