Guppy's Early Learning Centre - Thornlands

I moved my eldest daughter to Guppy’s Thornlands for her last year of kindy. The difference in her we saw in only a few short weeks.
Guppy’s Thornlands is very much a family feel childcare provider and everything is very personal, previous daycares I’ve experienced, your child is treated more like a number and the staff turnover is very high, so no time to develop relationships.
My youngest daughter started this year and her progression has also been amazing to see. The educators are very aware of your child’s limits and also what ways to encourage their learning and growth.
Overall I couldn’t praise them enough!

The worst world daycare, from the first few weeks my 4 and 2 years old came home swearing with very bad language, talked to the manager nothing was really managed. Following that my older kid said his Rotherhithe been hit by one of the educators and when I reported what happened they said there is no way for that educator to be around my son while they all meet from 8: 30 to 10: 30 and from 3: 00pm to 5pm. When I take my kids out they wanted me to pay 2 weeks after my kid was abused with unqualified educators such a disappointment no management in place. Their investigation is shameless nothing comes out of it please be careful and don’t send your kids their ever.

The staff welcomed my son from when I went and looked at the centre. Offered him lunch and even said he could stay for a nap. All the staff are amazing and welcome my son every morning and say bye every afternoon.

I was having a lot (stupid amount) of trouble with my sons current Daycare Centre adhering to medical advice that was provided to them regarding his dietary and healthcare needs. I was feeling defeated and like all centres would probably be the same. I am happy to say I was wrong. One call to Guppies, and their Directors had us sorted, almost instantly. Seemed too good to be true, but we are in our fourth week now, and still going great. I can’t recommend Guppies Thornlands enough. Happy baby and happy Mummy again

My daughter has been attending Guppy's Thornlands for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with the care and love that is provided on a daily basis. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and are very good at what they do, which gives me the confidence to go to work knowing my daughter is in good hands. My daughter also loves all the extra optional programs that are run through Guppys, including Gymnastics and soccer.
Would definitely recommend Guppys to any families looking for somewhere to send their little ones!

The team at Guppy’s are very approachable and genuine with great centre management. My daughter has been at the centre for almost 2 years and during this time she has thrived with her confidence growing every day which is a credit to the staff!

I have been sending my two children to this centre for over one year now. I am extremely happy with the dedicated care and attention that the carers provide to my children. They are professional in their day to day management of the centre but yet have created a warm, safe and caring environment where I can confidently walk away knowing my kids will have a great day. Have been with this centre for my whole childcare experience as a parent. I personally worked in child care and any question or problem I have raise with staff I have felt it be dealt with promptly and appropriately. Am now sending my second child to this centre as I believe in its professionalism and it’s approach to caring and nurturing my child.

My daughter has been going her for over 4 months now and staff are so helpful and trustworthy. Very professional but friendly aswell, great balance. I wouldn’t want to send my daughter anywhere else.

The staff at Guppy’s Thornlands are always caring and making my son feel cared about and valued. He loves going and I love how every day I get an update on what he ate and the times he slept along with some pictures of his day so we can talk about it at night. My 4 year old also loved the daycare and went to Prep at 4.5 ready for the change so they have played a big part in our family and highly recommend their caring and supportive environment.

We have our two boys here and they thrive in the daily stimulation which is always different. All staff have a very sunny disposition and are a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work Team Guppys!

Joined amazing centre this year as my son started prep for Before/After School Care and Vocation care so I could work. This year he was also diagnosed with ASD & ADHD.as we ventured our New learning journey Guppys has been so Accommodating and been more helpful than the school he goes to from first Diagnosis to assist us in his Early Intervention.the Professionalism and the Communication about my child has been Consistent and Spot on everyday; as it's daunting enough that your child is starting big school and you as a parent worry about how they would adjust and go with the new Transition.more daunting when you find out your child is in the Spectrum that explains alot of his unique behaviour. This Amazing Center with its Amazing Staff does not treat my child as a number. They know every child and their unique qualities and accommodates for each of their needs. I've never been so happy and seeing my son happy to go to Before and After School Care. All the staff is amazing and has been helpful from the First time we joined giving me great comfort that my child is in good hands as it's not Easy to handle a child with ASD and ADHD as they have a roller coaster day. Thank you Guppys for Setting me at ease and knowing my child is good hands
