Guppys Early Learning Centre - Runcorn

The owner of the Guppy’s is a big hypocrite. My son got slapped by a teacher in the class, the owner was so racist and hypocrite that she put the matter under the table and pushed the director to tear off the incident report too. I do not know how many kids are getting abused in her child care. BEWARE parents! The incident happened at Runcorn Guppy’s.

My child attended your child care for 4 weeks as this incident happened in the fourth week.
1. The incident was not fully investigated.
2. The teacher who slapped my son, I she still working there? No, because you fired her. Why did you fire her after this incident?
3.no extensive interviews were conducted, no one conducted any interview with us.
4. The Department of child care could not investigate the matter fully as you stated there were no incident report because you shoved the matter under the carpet and forced the manager on duty to delete the incident report.
The manager did an incident report in front of me and told me she will email it to me after talking to you.
But the reports were deleted and compromised.
The Director who called us was so rude and racist.
We called you to discuss the matter but your response was so rough and rude and you sounded so racist and hypocritical.
BEWARE Parents, we as parents have been through this mentally and still hurt us so badly.
The owner is just there for profits and doesn’t care about anything wrong happening in her child care.

Guppy's early learning centre is a hidden gem in Runcorn for parents who need child care for their little ones. The staff are all lovely and friendly, my daughter settled in beautifully after a little while and didn't even look back when I dropped off.

Eram and Grace are always happy to answer questions, assist you where needed or just have a chat.

I can't speak highly enough of Miss Sabiha in the toddler room where my daughter goes, Athena adores her and Sabiha clearly genuinely cares for all of the children in her care and their parents.

They're a quieter centre being off the main road and I loved the lower ratio of kids to carers that Athena got to enjoy.

I recently moved to a different suburb so I had to, unfortunately, find a new child care centre, but I still take Athena to Guppy's on a Tuesday when I work in the Runcorn area and it's always nice to catch up with the lovely ladies there.

Awesome staff with so much heart and caring. This place is amazing place, very clean and very welcoming! I highly recommend ️

I have two kids cared in this centre. My older one was in the care till 4 and the younger one is still here. The staff are nice and always responded to my requests. The centre is not too big so kids receive attentions more easily. I feel the centre is cleaner and my son did not get sick that often comparing to others.

Caring and loving staff members. Low turnover and children can build relationships with their educators. It’s so clean and my son spent 5 days a week there and seldom got sick over the past 3 years.

All the staffs of this centre are very professional, committed, loving and experienced. We maintain clean hygiene environment. The centre provides fresh and healthy foods to the children. We ensure to educate children by play-based learning. Our children are very happy here. We feel and believe that we are a big family.

The place is amazing and welcoming with lovely staff that is friendly and kind-hearted. I highly recommend it!

Guppys Early Learning Center Runcorn is fantastic. Educator and staff, they are always friendly and helpful when attending to children and family needs, and answering any questions. The educators observe what the children are interested in during play time and plan activities accordingly to keep children interesting and engaging in learning. Center have nice big playground. The center also have different program weekly. My kid definitely look forward to attend childcare everyday. My kid going five days in GELC. He love this place from very first day. Nice, clean and most importantly very safe environment. We just feels like we are part of GELC family. Very professional, I would highly recommend GELC Runcorn to anyone who is looking for a childcare for their child/ children.
