So rude and very unfriendly. Hurrying to finish. No compassion at all. Wonder if his behaviour like this to non-white customer? It was raining and was 2 minutes late as road was slow due to accident he was like so impatient and doesn’t communicate and blamed me for not following his order. When I ask questions, I can see his eye rolling and facial expressions made me leave without the services then realise the important of time as I work in health sector where time is essential. Please, be nice to people. I won’t recommend any of my friends and other people. And toilet was so dirty, could’ve brushed or flushed before customer arrives. Not worth it.

This was my first experience getting a massage so I didn’t know what to expect, all that I can say was when I left I danced down the hallway and don’t experience stress anymore.
