I know they are a Brisbane cricket institution but customer service was lacking for a while. I'm a regular customer and happy to say in store customer service seems to have really improved. Plenty of brands and gear with a price to suit everyone.

Took the young fella in yesterday for a new bat, gloves and bag. Was helped out by Archie, he was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction and adhered to our budget. Next time you’re in ask for Archie!

Went in there today to get a new grip for my long handle bat and I spoke to an older bloke named Ken (I believe that was his name sorry if I misheard), absolutely stellar customer service found everything I needed then he even spent 20 minutes stretching and fitting my new grip so that it fit my long handle flush to the top whist answering all my other rookie questions. I will be coming back when I need a new stick, keep up the great work.

You cannot get a better place than the GCCC, Low prices, Amazing Customer Service, Outstanding Products and Services and The warranties are just unreal. I live 30 minutes away but go there even when I don't have money to just smell the cricket bats and feel gloves and It is amazing!

I have bought cricket related items for the last 3 years now and have always been impressed with the products and customer service. I collect cricket balls, and was surprised they carry dukes top grade balls hard to find even in England. They ship to me in the US and I get them with no delays. Impressed with their Customer service and consistent quality of products.

I can not comment on the inside, as I've only passed through there 5-8 times to get to the local Dog park, or fly my drone on the football field next door, but I can say that the place is always clean, tidy and quiet. The pitch is kept in great condition, and whenever I pass through there on my eScooter, every interaction I've had with anyone I've met has been pleasant without anyone making me feel unwelcome.
On another note, Greg Chappell was a legend of his time, and I feel proud even living near the place.

Had to outfit 2 boys for the upcoming cricket season. These guys were great to deal with. Took the time to understand where the boys were up to with their cricket and then make recommendations on what they needed without going over the top.
