This place can be difficult to find IF you rely on the GPS as it takes you to the exit, whereas the entrance is on the southern side - hi vis and boots are needed before you will be allowed entry - safety induction at the gate - staff are highly professional and courteous - well done Grays

It is a salvage yard.but you cannot buy at salvage price because there are people who know nothing about this business model and bid crazy prices. The business itself is guilty partially with their advertisement and leaving everything to buyer to research

Be careful with this site, the cars ect are nothing short of vehicles that are only good for a wrecking yard.
They jack prices/bidding using shill bidders in order to get a higher bid.

Do your a favor and avoid Graysonline, I purchased two machines, the conditions were 'used'. But actually, they are scraps,as some key parts have been removed and they will cost more than the auction price. Contacted Graysonline and did not receive any response.

Be careful everyone
Don’t buy a car from them
I bought car last week, which they mention everything good. After purchase I took it to mechanic because their engine heat up after 5 minute.
Mechanic check everything and didn’t solve the problem and told me that have to change the whole engine.
Shocked I spend $3400 on auction and now spend other 3000 to replace with new engine
They never reply the email.
Stay away ………?

The opening hours state they're open until 4: 30, however I showed up a few minutes after 4 for a pickup and called their contact jumber since the gate was shut to be told the warehouse shuts at 4. I asked if I could quickly pop in to pick soemthing up as they advertise as being open and was told there was nothing that could be done, when I asked if she would call them to check so refused to help me further, said there was nothing to be done, and they open Monday. Ridiculous, didn't even try to help me after their error.

I can absolutely recommend BUYING anything grey's this was my first purchase, I bought a motorhome The sales representative was Shane, he ensured I got all the information I needed and went completely out of his way to investigate and fix a issue I had with the motorhome, this was absolutely NO FAULT ON GREYS BEHALF, just BADLUCK, however Shanes exact words and the guys at the gate they all said, we always put as much information as we can in the description prior to the auction, not only did he organize a issue to be fixed he went and picked up my motorhome from the mechanic. He gave me his word he would sort out the issue and kept me updated on a regular basis, Thank you Shane and (Kevin and cookie, from the yard to pick up the vehicles) you guys are a true asset to Grey's but you really did SAVE ME from what really could have made my start to my dreams and entire life savings be a terrible experience ended up because of Shane
he actually cared and gave me his word he would look into the issue it was then a lovely experience with good honest kind men looking out for silly old ladies. Thank you sincerely Sandra

Grays are selling faulty goods and marking them as "As is". This appears to remove any recourse to them when the item is purchased. Beware of this caveat when looking at equipment that is not 'New'.

Have bid on some pretty good wine work wear etc and won. If you bid smart you can pay heaps less than retail.

Post auction collection is very well organised with ample parking, easy check-in process and competent staff assisting with loading goods.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Maps on-line makes it difficult to find entrance just ask at exit. Easy to deal with staff who go out of their way to help.

Careful.they often lie about how many you are getting. I bought what was supposed to be a box of 15 brand new blankets and there was only 10 in the box.this has happened numerous times

WARNING
The descriptions of the items can be misleading and incorrect.
Extremely illegal behaviour.
Also they want to charge extra money to resell the item but they refuse to refund.
They need to do visual check of the item but no one is report major issue like windshield cracked.
Also clearely stated engine tourn over but engine was not starting at pick up, even after jump starting, diesel refuel, methanol spraying.

Payment system is just Shocking. Invoice payment links dont work, credit card details get rejected by their system, phones no one picks. Absolutely a night mare of an experience. Wont buy anything again. Even the collections could not fix up the issues. They keep chasing for the payments. Have been buying since 2015 - but wont buy again.

I bought a 65" uhd smart tv brand new online, went to eagle farm the next 2 days to pick item, told me to wait cause there looking for the tv. 30mins later they found it on the back corner without a box and been used and looks like been sitting there for weeks. The description says brand new but went to go see the item but been used and sitting in a corner with dust around. I'm still waiting for my full refund wich they told me on 3rd off June they will give me full refund now its 9th off June still no refund on my bank. I've tryied calling them 10 times but it goes straight to voice mail saying customer service is close but leave a email. I'm very disappointing on this matter wasted my 50mins drive and day off effort going to this place at eagle farm.
