Grand Plaza Drive Doctors

I've been going to this clinic since I was a little kid (I am now 30) have always been looked after really well by all of the Doctors there. Kylie, the Office Manager, is amazing and always so happy to help out or have a friendly chat. I am a regular visitor now to see Dr. Stephanie who does my skin checks - she is an incredible and thorough Doctor, she is personable and friendly and ensures you are completely comfortable - obviously skin checks can be invasive sometimes and I have a huge phobia of blood/needles - I have had multiple moles removed by Dr. Steph and feel completely comfortable having these procedures done by her.
Everyone at the clinic is lovely and easy to chat too, very friendly and they remember your name and make you feel so welcome. Of course there are delays sometimes, I don't see this as being any fault on the clinics side - things happen people and if you can't wait then Kylie and the other lovely office staff will rebook you - it's really no issue. I love this clinic and recommend Dr Stephanie to all of my friends for skin checks!

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Meng Mei Phua at Grand Plaza Drive Doctors, and I cannot express enough appreciation for her exceptional care. Dr. Phua's dedication and genuine concern sets her apart.

Dr. Phua went the extra mile to ensure my comfort and well-being. Her caring nature and proactive approach provided me with actionable steps and left me with no doubts or concerns regarding my treatment.

Communication with Dr. Phua was excellent. She actively listened to my concerns, addressed them effectively, and exceeded my expectations in every way.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Meng Mei Phua deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. Her exceptional care and outstanding service make her a true gem in the medical field. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of top-notch medical care.

Not once, not twice, every time i come to this practice, they run at least 45 minutes behind. Last visit, i waited for more than an hour and found out that the reception staff had not even sign me in as arrived. I wish i could give them 0 stars.

Be careful as they are no longer bulk billed. Booked an appt online with no information that i will have to pay. Called the day before to confirm my appt still no mention its changed. Got there the next day and was told now a fee depending on the length of the appt. But no consideration that you usually wait an hour after your appt before you see the dr

Booked online. Then drove from home (30mins) to my appt to be told they didn’t have my booking even after I showed them the confirmation email and that doctor wasn’t even on duty that day. Obviously a glitch in their booking system but no care in trying to help me by fitting me in with another doctor or rebooking me. Basically the older lady behind the counter looked at me like it was my problem. Never going again. So rude. It’s not the first time I have seen that lady rude to customers.

Rude reception not professional at all. Not coming back here. Waited 50 mins for my appointment. Unacceptable

Seen quite a few doctors at this practice really like Dr Luk for general issues and Dr Stephanie for skin problems, reception staff are great too

I have been here before and during covid, and was always treated with respect. I have a mask exemption which was always honoured. Until one day in July 2022. They asked me to wait outside. I explained that I had a mask exemption. I was still required to wait outside. I cancelled my appointment. This is disgraceful. I am not willing to be treated like a leper for whatever reason. I was not sick or having any cold or flu symptoms. I only needed a referral to a specialist. I went to a different practice and was treated well.

We came in asking for help for chest pain today and all we got told was that we don’t have an appointment. What happened to doctors oath? A man was in serious pain and you guys were the closest help available. The least you could’ve done was called an ambulance since we didn’t have an “appointment”. So horrible, I’m am beyond disgusted. All these lies the drs tell when saying why they wanna become drs. It’s for money not to actually care about people. The person at reception should be ashamed for pushing us away. If a place of medical practice can not for some absurd reason look at a patient in need of help then please have the decency to call emergency services rather then kicking them out. And fyi the patient is now in hospital, that could’ve happened sooner if we got some help from this “Clinic” where drs work. I hope some real people start working here, someone’s life is not something you play around with. You’re a MEDICAL PRACTICE

Great Doctors, Receptionist, Nurses and Service! I usually see Dr. Luk or Dr. Park. Yeah, some appointments do run over, but that's the way it is at most Clinics. I just allow for extra time. Never have I left the Clinic disappointed.

Not my regular GPs but nice and close to home for the odd appointments when necessary. By far the best doctors and admin in the area - other practices in Browns Plains do not come close in comparison. The receptionists are always nice and bubbly, and the doctors are all attentive and wanting to help. Always willing to slot you in if your condition is alerting. It's been a few years and never have they disappointed me (don't go across the road!)

Had a really bad cut on my leg. The nurse was amazing gentle and a perfect bedside manner. The doctor was friendly and thorough checking for any major damage. Unfortunately they were unable to stitch me up, as I had serious damage. They gave me a local, and a tetanus, to make my wait more bearable at the hospital.
I've never had a bad experience at this doctors, and I am happy to reccomend them.

I rang this clinic this morning to find out directions to access COVID testing. On the QLD Gov website it says that this location provides testing through Medlab through drive thru service and NO referral from GP required. This information was updated on 16 August 2021 (yesterday).

Prior to attending I had phoned QLD Gov and spoken to a woman who directed me to this clinic specifically as she said it was drive thru and didn't need a GP referral.

I called the doctors practice to find out the proper location as it was not accurate online. The woman on the phone at this practice told me that I did need a GP referral and when I told her please don't turn me away as I have a bad cough and had already driven around for 2 hours trying to find somewhere (as other places were also closed despite saying open today) she said again I needed a GP referral and told me to take it up with MedLab.

I was trying to ask if I could come straight in and get a GP referral (as I was sitting in the carpark of the practice) but the woman spoke over me repeatedly so I ended up getting off the phone. You turned away someone with a cough who was trying to do the right thing and follow government advice and get tested.

I've reported this to QLD Gov through the COVID contact and the woman was disgusted and said that these places provide the information to QLD Gov, which is then reported on their website, so obviously incorrect information wasn't provided. There is no drive thru location and you do need a GP referral despite what is stated online.

Doctors think their time is more valuable than yours.
Don't take a booking for 8: 30 if you can't fulfill it.

I didn’t have to fill the form long time and wait long.
Staffs were kind and rapidity.
Dr. Park is very nice and makes me comfortable.
She explains me detailedly so I was understandable.
I am very happy to find new GP for me and my baby.

Drs and receptionists are all really friendly and never had any problems, with all of my health issues I've had I've had so much support from all of them and would recommend them to all my family and friends x

I have never had a problem with any of their doctors. Appointments do run over, but that's the way it is at most surgeries. Maybe some people just wanted too much or don't have the patience any more.

Dr Jill Cameron is probably the worst doctor ive ever seen. Left stunned as ive never experienced such a rude doctor who literally didnt help me at all with the issues i needed. Usually see dr Feng but couldn't get in. All the other docs are amazing but dr Jill Cameron is absolutely terrible at her job.

I made an appointment at 9: 20. They opened at 9: 00. Arrived at 9: 10. Was told there were 6 before me. I couldn’t understand how they could make 6 or even more with 10 mins. Wasted my time. They don’t care about your time I think. Never come back.
