Most importantly provide them with some good learning on self defence technique, build self confidence and awareness,
teach them on how to handle certain situation if physically or verbally attacked, always avoid violence and instead establish control and negotiate so both parties always safe.

It has a well-detailed, structured curriculum allowing progress tracking and with all classes available to watch online before/after practice at the training centre + proven and well established self defence martial art

Amazing gym to train at. The way the Gracie program is structured and the level of detail and help you get from the coaches and people with more experience is on another level.

Such a friendly, welcoming environment to train at. I was looking for a class to really work on my fundamental techniques in a structured format, and this was everything I wanted and more. Full access to the Gracie online academy, really allows me to watch the classes before actually attending, and review them after, which really suits my style of learning. I have a long way to go, but at least now I have some idea of where I am at, and what to work towards. If you were on the fence, get off it and try the place out for free.

Incredible attention to technical detail. Lessons are well structured and taught as intended by the Gracie family (founders of BJJ).

Great experience training at Gracie Camira, Shaun is a very good coach who is genuinely interested in helping you develop self defence skills as well as improving your fitness level. Both me and my son are training there and the environment is very friendly and family oriented, there's a lot of support and a sense of camaraderie, which allow for a non threatening learning, specially if you have never trained Brazilian jiu-jitsu before. The curriculum of the Gracie Jiu-jitsu is also very clear and helps you understand where you stand in your journey. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I have my 4 year old son training at Gracie Camira. It has been a very good thing for him. He has difficulties concentrating, but whatever he is able to focus on he learns, hahaha. The important point for me is that, practicing Gracie jiu-jitsu will give him the skills and confidence to deal with the difficult situations that life presents. As a parent, I think my biggest job is to prepare my children for the world out there and Gracie Camira is definitely an important piece of the puzzle.

Shaun, Josh and the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Camira family are friendly, professional and welcoming. You don't need any previous experience to join. My son and husband attend a couple of times a week and it is great they have found a sport they can learn and practice together. My 6yo sons confidence and concentration has improved since starting the Bully Proof Program, this program isn't all about discipline, they are learning valuable lessons about responsibilities, health etc.in a fun and safe environment. My son also enjoys earning points towards his goal of attending the fun filled Gracie Game Days held at the end of each Term.

Gracie ju-jitsu is the most professional outfit I have come across for a long time. The instructors are knowledgeable, fair and courteous to all the kids. The assistant instructors make sure the kids get the technique and the move is correct. Lastly they have a strict COVID-19 plan and adopt safe procedures. Regards
