I felt extremely comfortable and very well looked after by Karla, and when I left Grace Loves Lace, I was the happiest soon-to-be bride because I know I will look wonderful in this unique creation.

Absolute 5 star experience. Jasmine was such a great stylist, the showroom was gorgeous and greeted so kindly and with a glass of bubbles! Tried on 5 absolutely stunning dresses and once I found 'the one' the girls were very helpful in the purchase considering I live in nz. Highly can recommend GLL gold coast.

Karla was absolutely wonderful! It was a really lovely experience and everyone commented on how good the service was. Karla made it a really fun and comfortable experience.

Definitely a place to check out! Me and my friends went here for dress shopping and not only I found the dress that I love, the ladies were amazing! I was so nervous at first trying on the dress but they just made it so easy and cozy. It was such a vibe coming in there and it made us feel so comfortable. The fittings were great and they such an amazing collection of dresses.

I was a bit nervous about trying on wedding dresses but as soon as we walked in and Hollie introduced herself, I was at ease. I had a few styles picked out but didn’t really know what I was doing. Hollie answered not just my questions, but the questions of my fairly large tribe I had with me too. She recommended I try on a dress that wasn’t even on the cards. It ended up looking better than any of the dresses I had in mind. Thanks so much Hollie xx

After following GLL on socials for years, I finally had the opportunity to try on their beautiful gowns. From the moment I made the appointment, the service was outstanding and on the day I had lovely Abby as my stylist, who made me and my guests feel very welcome and at ease. Super bubbly and friendly. Helpful in making suggestions and had time to try on a number of different dresses (if only you could try them all on haha). The showroom is beautiful, and their gowns are gorgeous yet still affordable. Some of the samples weren't at their best quality. There was no pressure to pick a dress on the day and great follow-up, checking in with me after the appointment and offering further assistance. Unfortunately I'm not at my best physical shape at the moment so just didn't feel 'the one' but had a great overall experience! Thanks ladies

I adored everything about my experience with Jas from Grace loves lace. I only went in yesterday to try dresses for the first time and I have just called and paid for my dress in full today!
Jas made me feel welcomed, comfortable, at ease and confident through every step in this process.
Grace loves lace was the first bridal appointment I had and it set the bar sooo high that the other bridal stores just didn't compete.

Was an absolutely amazing experience had the best time finding “the one” dress, Elle made the whole experience so special and was so helpful and lovely, the place in itself though was absolutely stunning made for some beautiful photos in my dress after finding the one, overall the experience was so wonderful and magical, never thought I’d get my moment with my dress but found it in the end as Elle really listened to what I wanted in a dress bringing out a wild card that was perfect, was so attentive and lovely

Had an amazing time at Grace. My stylist Abby was lovely and very helpful. I supposed to try 5 different gowns. I ended up to try 7 of them instead, as I requested at the very last time to try another one that I saw in a photo at the shop. Plus she got what I liked and she brought for me another dress to try. I really appreciated that. I really loved all the experience.

We flew to Gold Coast for a family holiday and I knew that I wanted to go and try dresses on for my NZ wedding with my sisters who live in Aus. Jasmine was amazing. From the glass of bubbly at the beginning to the way she interacted with my family, I loved the experience. I felt super comfortable and the process was so easy! Jasmine helped pick out dresses based on my feedback and my dream dress (purchased) was one that I had not chosen myself but Jasmine suggested. Thanks heaps Jasmine! I will be recommending to anyone who is after their dream dress! X

I just purchased my wedding dress on my second visit to GLL. I am so excited to receive her and just wanted to say a massive thank you, there is a reason why Grace is so successful! The dresses are absolutely beautiful of course. The showroom is amazing and feels very welcoming. The highlight for me was being lucky enough to have Abby helping me, and she is probably the sweetest and most wonderful human I've met. She is absolutely perfect in her role, I was pretty indecisive but she was so patient and I never felt pressured and she made the whole experience a really positive one.

We went in today for an appointment with my daughter for her dress, the staff were amazing and we felt so appreciated and welcomed.
My daughter said YES to the dress and it was absolutely stunning, I would highly recommend this place over and over AA +

The Gold Coast Grace Loves Lace struck gold when they hired Karla. I was lucky enough to experience the wonderful Karla for 2 of my dress fittings. She was warm, welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. My bridesmaids and I all commented on Karla's service being the best by far, compared to other shops. Karla, thank you for making me feel so comfortable, tending to all my questions and fixing my dress every step of the way! You were born for this job:)

Bridal consultant Jasmine, went above and beyond creating such a comfortable environment. She effortlessly picked gowns with my dream in concideration, in fact my favourite from the whole day was a gown that I did not pick myself. Although I did not purchase a gown on this day I would highly highly recommend booking in even just for the experience ️

I had a consult with Abby a few weeks ago and she was amazing! Made me feel welcome and was very attentive. I didn’t choose a Grace Loves Lace dress as I fell in love with another type of dress however the dresses I tried on were gorgeous and if I was going to get a lace type dress, I would purchase one from Grace Loves Lace! Like every bride, I have visited so many bridal stores and tried on countless dresses and experienced so many varied levels of customer service. Well let me tell you, this is the pinnacle of customer service excellence! The most incredible bridal industry knowledge and the most genuine people who help you through each and every process. I can not thank you enough for the highest level of service, such beautiful gown suggestions and taking the time to get to know me, my style, wants and needs when it comes to deciding on a gown. Jasmine, you are one in a million! Thank you SO much and I honestly can not recommend enough! Not only are you supporting an incredible local business and an incredible team!

Terrible, cheap, nasty, poor quality dresses. The name of the shop is pretty “grace loves lace” although the dresses are cheap. WAY better options out there.

I tried on dresses with Jasmine and it was such a fine time! Jasmine was so helpful and caring and made the entire experience relaxing, fun, and enjoyable. Thank you so much Jasmine for your help, you are amazing:)

I fell in love for the second time! I loved this store and my whole experience with my bridal party. Nat was an absolute legend and really helped me feel comfortable and well looked after the whole time. I love my wedding dress and I love GLL! Could not recommend this place enough.:)
