Worst practice I have ever been to.didn't even bother to see a Dr, reception staff are rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

If you care about your health or need to have anything done from this muppet show then don't go to strive because they're not able to do what is required, something a simple as sending important medical paperwork to a outside organization is just to complicated for the staff.

Sed to be a great practice before this ‘upgrade’. The surroundings of the practice may look pristine and professional but the staff are far from it. The male receptionist was beyond rude when I asked to use gloves rather than use their communal pens to fill out their COVID questionnaire with no hand sanitiser as I was pregnant and didn’t want to risk getting sick. But despite being a health practice I was told, “there is none”. I even asked to answer the questions verbally but was refused and told I had no choice but to fill it out with the pens outside. When I had answered that I tested negative for COVID but was nauseous from my pregnancy, he followed me into the bathroom as I was washing my hands and began screaming to everyone in the waiting room that I was putting all their patients at risk. Despite being mortified by this he then made me wait out the front of the building like a dog for my appointment. They then purposely pushed my appointment time for over an hour, when I tried to approach how much longer they either ignored me or pointed at the door yelling at me to get out. I was completely in tears as all I wanted was to organise my pregnancy plan with our family practice. When dr Haley approached me outside she was wearing a full gown, surgical hat, gloves & mask and so were the reception. Even doctor Haley directly blamed me for this incident when all I wanted was to protect myself and my unborn baby and I was treated as a quarantine patient. I have NEVER in my life been so gaslighted or criticised by a practice or doctor, it was clear to me they did not care about the well-being of their patients at all. With many other stories of mis care to the rest of my family we could all agree NEVER to return. Disgusting practice and disgusting behaviour. Just because the practice looks nice the staff really aren’t.

Used to be great, but recent issues with long waits for appointments (over a week) with any doctor not just my preferred Dr, and new policies on rescheduling even if you're 2 min late and are in the car park, have left me frustrated. I understand the need to try and stay on time but I regularly was waiting 20-45min so I'm not going to arrive 10min early just to wait nearly an hour to be seen. Unfortunately now I'm looking for a new Dr. Great people and beautiful clinic but I need someone I can actually get in to see.

Dr Doris is a good, thorough doctor, but the practice is not run well and the reception staff are unprofessional. I recently decided to move to another practice and when I requested for my records to be moved they told me I would be charged a photocopying fee of $20 - ridiculous in this “paperless” society. I agreed to it. The next day they rang to tell me it was ready to be faxed and I needed to pay the fee - which was now $60! When I said that the man I spoke to on reception the day before had said it would be $20, they claimed they had never spoken to me. I cannot express how thoroughly disgusted I am at this practice.
