7I have been taking my computer's and laptops here for over 5 years now and recommend them for quality service
No communication once computer dropped off, no invoice prepared for collection had 5 days with computer in hand. Unclear statement of work done. Said they didn't have the right tools to inspect a Dell computer. In no way will I ever use this shop again. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
Excellent quality of work and service. Re-imaged our C: drive to PCIe SSD chip with no issues for a reasonable price. Actually listens to what you want and provides sensible advice. Highly recommend.
Decent selection of replacement parts on hand if you're in a hurry and can't order them in.
Very helpful, didn’t have what I was looking for but offered suggestions on substitutions.
Come here recently with a big issue on a new build which gave a CPU error and was a RAM incompatibility issue with a PC with a motherboard and an old version installed. Bent over backwards to help me and charged a very small fee. As a former IT business owner their gear is really well priced and superior service. I tried several places in town and 1/2 of them told me to bugger off and didn't offer help. Highly recommended. A+
