Great school. Nick is an amazing teacher (evidenced by all the competition wins: —) and my daughter loves to go to karate three times a week with her dad.

Wonderful environment to learn self defence, grow confidence and gain a skill for life. This is great for kids and it’s never to late to start as an adult. My only wish is that I would have started years ago!

My daughter enjoys the traditional Okinawa Karate, it's close by and good self defense exercise. The team is nice and friendly, 100% Recommend

My name is Jaden and I'm 11 years old. I've been training at Goshukan Karate for 3 years and it has been extremely enjoyable and worthwhile. I've learnt many new skills like kata, free sparing and self discipline. Sensei Nick is an awesome karate instructor who brings fun to martial arts while also effectively teaching us new moves. I absolutely recommend you to join Goshukan Karate Academy as soon as possible. You will have a great time in the dojo while also having your money well spent.

We had been to a few different clubs and styles near and far to see how my son would fit, and he has not only found a sport he loves but a new Karate family. Sensei Nick really is wonderful.

Like most pre-teens my son had some challenges. He had in my mind become recluse, low in motivation and lacked confidence. He may not agree, but kids and adults when we are in those spaces find it hard to see the reality and even harder, a way to improve that reality. Fortunately for us, Karate with Goshukan Karate Academy was that answer. We saw an immediate change in his disposition. He was excited to attend. He was practicing at home. He was improving and moving forward in his goals to get the next belt. He was more confident, able to communicate better with his family, peers and adults. His involvement in school activities increased double fold and best of all, he is happy.

It took me a while to find a decent Karate school for my two children. My kids are very fussy about group lessons. They have been to so many trails and didn’t want to join after all. Except Goshukan, they were so happy and excited to go to more lessons after I pick them up from the first lesson. So glad we found them, plus the communication are just too good, they are always on the top of everything. Definitely recommend Goshukan hands down!

I am really enjoying learning karate and can highly recommend Goshukan karate academy Gold Coast. Sensei Nick is very passionate about Karate and his students, if you have an injury of some type like I do don’t let it put you off as Sensei is very understanding and you can train within your limits.

Nick Sensei is professional and knowledgeable. I was looking for a school teaching traditional karate, values and discipline, so glad I found Goshukan.

My son & I joined Goshukan last year. This club is very well organised, professional and made us feel like we are part of an extended family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to start (or restart, as I did) their martial arts journey.

After a 35 year break I started Karate lessons again with my 9 year old boy and have to say that Sensei Nick and all the other students at Goshukan Karate Academy have made us all feel very welcome! It's so much fun.even at my age! I'm using muscles I didn't realise I still had! Highly recommended for ALL ages!

I have never done karate before, but with the direction of Nick sensei I have never felt so comfortable being in a group class.
I really did my research going into a martial art's that I wanted to commit to long term.
All I can say is that I'm so glad i chose goshukan karate. Nick sensei is extremely talented and kind and I'm truly grateful to have him direct me. I'm only new but it has been really cool to watch myself grow.

I have found the training incredible and if you are ever looking for a martial arts to do. You will feel so welcome by the group.
I have found the classes to be extremely helpful and to train with others that are not only role models but are students that help direct you have been really uplifting too.
Nick sensei will look after you and really cares about everyone one of us.

Goshukan Karate Academy is a real community with Sensei Nick teaching quality Okinawan style of karate. He is very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I changed to Goshukan after six years with another club and the training is definitely next level. Very knowledgeable instructors and a relaxed atmosphere.

Hi. Being travelling for work a great deal, the Dojo is the Third space in my life. The GCGK club by my Sensei Nick N.is awesome. Great fun, love the traditional karate training elements and a bit of kumite at the end. You should come and try it out, as we are a good bunch of people.young and young at hearts.
