Gorman

I am a loyal customer of Gorman. In the past, the stores I visited provided excellent service. But today I was extremely “unlucky”. After making eye contact with me, the staff quickly glanced at me without any signs of welcoming. They continued chatting with another colleague, ignoring me completely without offering any greetings or providing any assistance.

Great staff with A+ product knowledge who are genuinely interested in giving you the best shopping experience possible. Carrying Australian exclusive products makes every visit worthwhile as there is always something new and exciting to see.

Today I was served by Elsie. She showed excellent customer service, was very friendly and approachable and was able to answer all of my questions and queries. I walked away very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

This Gorman store is the one that keeps me buying Gorman clothing! The staff are so friendly but never in your face, there is such a relaxed and easy atmosphere. And there are often really good sales here too. Absolutely adore this place!

I adore Gorman's clothing and all of the beautiful unique designs, unfortunately the quality doesn't match the pricing, which is very high. I bought a dress approx $300, only wore it a few times before it started fading and threads coming loose. I have also bought a pair of shoes that were quite expensive, yet they deteriorated just as rapidly as a pair of Kmart shoes if not worse! That being said, their raincoats are awesome and the quality seems to be a lot better. Please please please produce higher quality items Gorman!

My favourite Gorman store in Brisbane. Two storeys and always a large range of discounted stock upstairs, the ladies are super lovely and attentive. One downside is there's no mirrors in the individual change room, which of course makes it so you have to step outside to assess yourself and the store ladies give their input/persuade/encourage the sale. Nevertheless, beautiful store and stock.

My sister and I have been long time fans of the Gorman brand so when there is an opportunity for a sale like today at the Jame Street store, we rush in quickly to get the items we've had our eyes on.

Today (for the first time) we received quite literally the worst customer service ever - the staff member was demeaning, rude and didn't even seem to understand the store's refund policy. Together we spent $700 at your store, so we are not talking about a small sale here and even though we are loyal fans, this staff member has turned us off the brand.

I've hope I never have to give a one star review again.

The staff in this Gorman store are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me purchase a gift for my mum.
They stock all the cute clothing and home wares you’d expect from Gorman!

Super friendly staff who came to greet me at the back door as I rushed in right before close to try on some pants I found online.

Great fun and imaginative prints. Pricing good c considering what you get. No other label like them.
