Goodstart Early Learning Gaven

We moved our daughter here after a not pleasant experience at one of the more newer centres in the area.

We couldn’t be happier. It may not be a brand new centre, but after our first experience at a shiny new centre, we couldn’t get out fast enough.
The biggest thing for us is the staff, most have been there for years. There isn’t a constant change in teachers which we had at other centres. The staff are friendly, and they make it as easy as possibly to drop our precious babies off each morning. They build beautiful relationships with the kids and you can see it in the kids faces.
We get daily updates including photos!
The communication is excellent. Nothing has ever been a bother.
Tameika and Rachel in the office are super helpful especially when helping translate anything to do with Centrelink into something actually understandable to normal people!
We couldn’t be happier!

We could not be happier with Goodstart Gaven. We have had children attend over the last four years from the babies room all the way to Kindy. All the educators are so wonderful and caring.

My family has been at this centre for almost 9 years and I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t put my boys in any other centre. The girls are amazing and they are great at their job. I can’t fault the way they have looked after my two boys over the years. Our time at the centre will be finished at the end of this year and it will be a very sad day for our family. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done

All the educators and management are fantastic. They are professional and assist with any concerns promptly.

My daughter has attended this Centre for close to 2 years and I couldn't be happier. My older two children attended other day care centres and Goodstart Gaven by far is the best in the area. Firstly Goodstart has strict policies and procedures in place in all areas from learning to safety. The staff have solid experience in their roles and exceptional qualifications, they are warm, kind and teach the children so much.
The centre has a strong sense of community and my daughter has built solid friendships with children whom she will be going to school with. I feel Goodstart Gaven has ensured my daughter is ready for her transition to school in the new year.

Our child has gone ahead in leaps and bounds since being at this centre. He comes home happy everyday with stories of everything he has learnt including things such as road safety, social skills, numbers and the alphabet.the staff treat everyone in our family as part of theirs. They know our son so well and he loves the staff dearly. Best decision we ever made to enrol him.

I have two children who attend Goodstart Gaven. One in the nursery and one in Pre-Kindergarten. This centre is my children’s second home and they love it so much. My one year old has been there since he was 2.5 months old and he’s already learnt so much, I am so amazed and proud! My 3 year old tells me so many positive stories about her day when I pick her up in the afternoon, has built lots of life long friends and surprises me every day with a new learning skill she’s engaged in.

If you’re looking for a centre that is family orientated, has quality and experienced educators who are passionate about the education of our children, I highly recommend Goodstart Gaven!

I have been at the centre for 7 and a half years and have met so many wonderful families from the community, come on in and meet some new life long friends.

Centre is definitely not what it was, recent management changes has made it feel disjointed. Great educators but the management changes make it unappealing.

My experience with Goodstart Gaven has been nothing but great!
Staff greet you when you arrive in the morning.
They phone if anything happens and let you know immediately if anything is wrong.
My son arrives happy and leaves happy everyday.
And the director of the center has gone above and beyond in helping my son and myself.

My sons have been in this centre since 2013. The director Bec is amazing. All the staff are friendly and really do what they can to look after your child. The centre in clean and a happy environment for the kids to play and learn.

We could not be happier with Goodstart Gaven! Our daughter has settled in beautifully and looks forward to going to kindy everyday! The Staff are amazing and have all gotten to know my daughter even though they aren’t all in her room. She comes home from kindy excited to tell me all the fun stuff she’s done with her teachers and friends. The centre is bright, happy and clean!

For the many years that I have been attending this centre I have never seen a team so dedicated to their families, I have seen them deal with very difficult families/ parents with difficult children and still come out smiling even though any one else would have lost it, they have been through some tough times with losing great staff to other commitments but they have managed to bounce back I love sending my daughter here and I have never had a issue with any of the staff, but then I’m not a whinge whine parent either which makes all the difference i know i have all the respect for these ladies and I couldn’t do their job and i fell that some parents don’t put themselves in their shoes before they maker a complaint if i could bring up their rating with my positive comments then i would praise them online all day long so if you are reading this and you want a dedicated centre than these ladies are the ones for you but if you think that your kids is the only one in a room full of children them go to another centre. Goodstart Earliy Learning Gaven is the best centre on the Gold Coast.

There is no place I would trust more than Goodstart Gaven to take care of my little one. The staff are outstanding, the facility is immaculate and secure, and my little one comes home every day learning lots of new things and most importantly he is happy and safe!
