Goodstart Early Learning - Pimpama

I drive 40 minutes to bring my son here.that says a lot about my thoughts on this child care the nursery educator Jess is a godsend and I never have to worry about anything with her. The centre looks older and more outdated than most in the area but don’t let that deter you the educators here have your kids best interests at heart and that’s worth far more than a fancy centre

Deceptive child care manager. Offer us to give my child a sandwich at meal but later told us they can’t provide. Also charge us fees despite informing them we cancel the enrolment before start and told us they won’t charge us. Now waiting for refund.

I cannot recommend Goodstart Pimpama enough for all the hard work they put in with my son and his anxiety. The support from all staff was incredible especially his teachers Miss Stacey and Miss Renee not just for him but for the rest of the family. The daily affirmations Miss Stacey taught him, I am brave and I am strong along with many more are something he will use for a long time to come. I really can't thank you enough but Thank you for helping my little one grow so much this year.

Goodstart Pimpama has been amazing at responding to our child’s needs. They have worked closely to improve his confidence and separation anxiety through the formation of strong bonds with his peers and educators. We have found the staff, management and administration to be readily available and highly efficient when we have required assistance. The communication with educators and the centre director is exceptional. We are sent daily updates including photos on our child along with monthly progress reports, monthly newsletters and messages for anything that pops up along the way. There is also a collaborative approach to your child’s development goals and how those goals will be met. We have felt truly supported in our time at the centre, our child has made great strides in confidence and is excited to go to daycare each day.

I wish I could give 0 stars, staff seem to prefer to send kids home than have due diligence, have requested that I be contacted if there are any issues which hasnt happened at all.

Our family absolutely loves Good Start Pimpama – the staff are incredibly warm and are never afraid to offer assistance. Moreover, we feel heard by the staff and valued as key stakeholders in our children’s care. Our children have always had such a great time with all of the fun and engaging activities planned. We feel confident that our children are receiving the care they require, which makes it easy on us as full-time working parents. We are very grateful to everyone at the centre for always being so flexible and catering to our needs. Thank you so much ladies!

Said they had openings, then we had to wait 4 months. They when we where all set to send him there the said there was no room. Very bad organizational skills. To say the least.

I have not seen or heard of a better daycare centre than goodstart Pimpama! Every teacher greets you when you walk in and the communication between the teachers and parents is great! You can tell that they all really care about your children.
My two children absolutely love going there, they always come home with such amazing stories of what they have been doing all day. You know it's a special place to be when your kids love it.
The facilities are great and always very clean!
I would rate higher than 5 stars if i could.

Since my son has been here he has grown and learnt so much. I love that everyone goes out of their way to know each kid individually. Every facilitator knows him by name even the ones who have never taught him. He use to be super anxious to go a kindy but now loves it and can not wait.

Amazing! Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, director and facility. So grateful we found this place! My kids love it, communication between teachers and parents is excellent and everyone is so invested in the care of the children attending, you can tell the staff are genuine and want to be there. Love it!

They give you and your child the warmest of welcomes and treat you like a second family. Extremly caring with a happy and uplifting environment with the most memorable and fun learning experiences. They are also very flexible!

Can not recommend this daycare centre enough. I looked at many centres in my area when I first went back to work & each centre focused more on the centre's facilities than on my son. When I first went into Goodstart at Pimpama, the centre director came out to meet me and give me a tour. She then proceeded to ask me all about my son, his likes & dislikes, how he likes to be put to sleep, his routine, his feeding habits. I was amazed. My son can be particularly fussy at drop off time but every single educator knows his name, and takes the time to put him at ease each morning. The staff are phenomenal, professional and welcoming. They go above & beyond for the children and made the transition of me going back to work so much easier.

We recently moved to Goodstart at Pimpama, and I think it was one of the best decisions we made. My little one could not be happier, and never wants to leave!

The staff are always very nurturing and patient with my baby girl. Very happy and I know she's well cared for and has a good time playing and learning. Special thanks to Ms Minnie!

I highly recommend Goodstart Pimpama. The Educators are so kind, caring and show a genuine passion. My children have been lucky to have lovely educators over the past two years who are always there to give them
cuddles if they are feeling upset, which makes leaving them that little bit easier. The centre has recently undergone renovations and has a beautiful outdoor play area all of the children love.

Couldn't ask for a better place to send my daughter. Friendly and caring staff who enjoy their jobs and care about the children they look after.

This is an excellent centre. All of the staff are so lovely, supportive and provide the best care for my son. Going back to work was made easier knowing that he was in great hands. Dana Simonds

My son loves coming to kindy. The staff are very caring and honest. They give great advise. The rooms and yards are beautiful and it's always welcoming.

I couldn't fault the centre. Staff are always there welcoming and happy. My son loves going to kindy! Good healthy food and nappies are provided.

This is a wonderful centre! The Educators are so kind and patient with the kids. My son absolutely loves his daycare days. The Director is very approachable and flexible if you're needing to change anything. I highly recommend this centre.
