Called in yesterday to cancel my husbands membership as we are moving. The lady on the desk was very polite and helpful, had everything all taken care of quickly and was still super nice even though were leaving. Also, always been a great gym!

Nice cosy gym and, a very friendly environment. Not too crowded, plenty of equipment and multiple rooms.

First time back at that club in over a year. The older lady at reception is just downright rude. Very disappointing

In my experience it was disgusting. I went to this gym at Australia fair to ask for some information about the gym.because I was thinking to go and register at this gym later. I wanted just to make sure that it is good enough to register. I asked that I need some information about your gym.they said sure we can have a tour of the gym for you. I said okay. Then another guy wanted to show me the gym but he said we need your details, I said I'm not registering now, I'm just looking for the information about the gym. He said no problem but we need to enter some info into the computer about people visiting us. I said ok, he asked me y name the family name then my contact number. I said why do you want my contact number? ! I'm not registering just want information about your gym. He said this is our rule, so if you don't give us your phone number, you cannot have the tour. I said I didn't ask you for the tour, I asked you only for information about your gym.you offered me the tour and now you are forcing me to give you my mobile number, it is really disgusting. Anyway, I left there. I think the brain behind of this disgusting policy is very selfish also maybe they sell our information to other businesses. That's why so many businesse call you but you don't know them, so many businesses selling our contact details to other businesses. I totally dissapointed to go to this greedy gym.

Great place to train, classes are varied and instructors are really good. We used to go to F45 but much prefer Goodlife Nerang. Oh and there's heaps of parking which is a bonus

Goodlife Nerang is a great gym with awesome group fitness classes, easy parking and friendly staff. Bathrooms could be updated & a redecorate wouldn’t go amiss too!

Staff are friendly and always there to help, great selection of equipment to use, quick response to any questions you may have

Fantastic gym with tremendous staff that provide first class equipment and assistance in all facets of gym training, I cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking for a quality gym

I just wanted to say how amazing Nerang GoodLife is. The staff feel like family, The instructors are so helpful and really friendly. Nerang gym is by far the best gym I have been to. I adore the staff a creche they are amazing. I have twin boys, and they love going there. The manager at Nerang is awesome. So good at his job and friendly and approachable. I give Nerang gym 10 out of 10.

Reasonable gym for the price. There are definitely better gyms on the GC but having so many locations makes it handy. At peak times you may need to modify your workouts due to available equipment. Some of the more knowledgeable personal trainers have recently left but there are a few decent ones there.

We just joined recently and we couldn’t be happier. Plenty of equipment, lots of classes to choose from and staff have been so friendly and helpful!

Very friendly gym, trainers are always friendly and helpful, front staff also very friendly, been training here 4 years with a PT, have had some amazing results, always feel welcome and like a family, have met and made some amazing friends, great club to be a part of.

Been to this gym twice while I'm on holiday down at the Gold coast. Def love the crache area and the team members are really friendly and approachable.

I joined a few months ago now and thoroughly enjoy the range of workouts Goodlife Nerang have to offer. The time of the classes fit in perfectly with school drop off. The classes are great! So many different styles to choose from which I'm making my way through! I like that there's always alternative options for fitness levels and limitations. The arena classes are a great bootcamp style and the music will have you pumping with motivation. The facilities are always clean and well maintained too.
My children sometimes attend creche, which they both enjoy. The staff are very lovely and helpful.

Clean, welcoming gym with lots of ammenities! The gym is large (multilevelled) with plenty of space to workout and lots of equipment to choose from. The sauna is hard to beat. A special thanks to Greg Harris for his honesty and helpfulness. If you’re looking to join, ask to speak to him.

The tricep assisted machine has been out of order for more than a month.

There was no access to water in the second floor for over a week.

The water fountain on second floor wasn’t even screwed in properly.

Only 1 mat available in the lower level.

Cleaners not wearing masks when it’s mandatory (after hours).

Half the staff price match and half don’t. Seems like it’s not allowed to be done unless they make up an excuse saying customer wanted to cancel.

Really big spider dropped from the ceiling on second floor, maybe pest control is overdue?

We called nerang goodlife during the week to book child minding for Saturday (today) 10am but when we turned up the receptionist said child minding isn't open today. We said we booked it though over the phone. Again the receptionist today said and it's not open and didn't care and didn't even apologise. Vrry unprofessional and uncaring attitude. Very inconvenient as we planned our morning with our child.

There is only half the equipment in use during covid (full price membership) and the PTs take up floor room in front of equipment, making hard to even access the items not in use.
Classes are great, cleaning equipment well supplied. Be aware of hidden charges for things you don't even use and always pushing you to get others to join.
