New customer here.price is okay, facilities kind of old and it was the worst experience when it comes to anything to do with finance such as changing payment method, frequency or even asking for a refund.

All of these you have to follow up yourself as the Goodlife team can’t even call the finance department to speed this up for you. So if you have any dispute or need a refund, you are required to wait for a month or so.

So kind note: do not sign up for anything if you are unsure. Only pay when you need the service especially for goodlife.

Very poor equipment, there is always something broken, for how many people that are joined up to goodlife you would expect the equipment to be working or maybe just upgrade alot of them.

Needs new locker, too easy to break into.
Again the gym equipment is not the best. The overall quality of Good Life has dropped dramatically. Snap seems to have better equipment at almost every location I walk past.

Great facilities but absolutely horrible service. Joined on a great rate membership only to find the membership cancelled the next day and put on a more expensive membership with the explanation of "There was a miscommunication within the club"

Not only did they not own their mistake, they also double charged their $99 joining fee (as my membership got changed) and it has now been two weeks with no refund. But hey, they never forget to charge you the weekly payment. I wonder if the service is this bad in every gym or are we just really lucky here at Morningside

About 20% of members don't use towels & think its ok to sit on the equipment for 15 minutes & just look at their phone. A few months ago they had signs up reminding members to keep their shoes on. Wow.this place has really lost its shine.

My husband and I are both morningside gym members for a year and half.after our 12 months contract and prior to it ending (since we had moved out of area), I spoke to the Goodlife reception and requested to cancel our request. They didnt want to let us go so eccouraged us to stay and offered to make our membership weekly and premium for the same amount of teh contract. I specifically asked a couple of times to confirm teh cancellation terms as I wanted to make sure we can cancel easily if the commute gets difficult and they assured me a few time on teh reception or via phone that the cancellation is weekly and will require 2-3 days notice. After a couple of weeks I noticed there is an additional charge of 10$ on my account, I queried what is that for, and they said we made you premium but since you payment is less than a premium charge we have to charge you an additional 10$ per month!
now I have asked to cancel my membership and I was told I need to give 30 days noticed and they keep refering to the 12 month contract terms and condition. However we specefically discussed thsi with them that we dont want committment and will only continue our membership if cancellation is on a weekly basis. The Sale Manager is telling me their staff that have spoken with me (gave me flase information) were contractor and have lef Goodlife! Seriously this is how they take accountability for their committements and promises. I am super disappointed with Goodlife.be careful with verbal promises they make.

Morning side is a great gym with an excellent mix of facilities and indoor and outdoor training areas - good classes and friendly knowledgeable desk staff. I wish all good life gyms were this good.

Aircon doesn't work- on a 37C day, it's an oven. Nowhere to put your bags. Old machines for both cardio and weights. The pool is quite tiny. Overall, would not recommend or come back.

Good gym, nice range of equipment and areas, friendly staff, clean facilities and plenty of classes. There's also a pool and outdoor training area. I enjoy training here

Great gym, well designed with fantastic classes. It even has a pool! Easy to locate and ample parking. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, any first time gymmers would feel entirely comfortable

Surprise surprise, difficult to leave but no reason to stay. I signed up with the premise I would be able to cancel at anytime, however when push comes to shove the customer is not right and I have to cop an additional 2 weeks of payment when I'm not even in the country.

Gym equipment is average, always busy as well. I would recommend a smaller, friendlier gym.

Decent variety of equipmemt but could definitely do with a bathroom renovation in comparison to other goodlife gyms. The cardio equipment are older generation models to.

Staff very friendly. Class instructors are all amazing. I attend a variety of classes but I do a few pilates and ABT a week and the instructors for these classes are amazing, fantastic and supportive. Other members are very friendly which makes for a great atmosphere.

Highly recommend this as one of the best Goodlife gyms in Brisbane! A great range of equipment, great atmosphere and the staff are always great with a smile and a hullo. Shower/toilet facilities are clean. Child minding service is great. Car park is unlimited unlike other gyms that only allow for short term parking. Easy access to the gym and the classes are offered are great too. It’s the main gym where I have been going for many years. I pass two gyms to get there and my family and I love the place and I highly recommended it to all those who value their health and fitness.

A spacious gym with friendly people and a decent size swimming pool. It's easier to unwind and do exercise without interruption.

Great gym. I’ve been coming here for years. The staff are always lovely. The facilities are modern and regularly updated. Great variety and number of fitness classes. Love the crèche and the team that run it. Highly recommend.

I've been a member of this Goodlife Club for about 17 years. I am very happy with the staff, the services available (fitness classes especially) and the equipment. Also happy I can use Goodlife clubs when I travel interstate; bonus!
