Be careful this practice is just after your money Dr Fahima Chowhury is the rudest condescending doctor I have ever spoken to.

She completely blew past my test results to talk about a sleep study clearly for Medicare benefits, when I questioned her behaviour she hung up on me …. A doctor hung up on a patient, I’ll be reporting this practice to Medicare for fraud

Dr Hebatullah young lady very polite, understandable, nice and professional respectful. All in one person.human been before a degree and she has it all.
All Receptionist are great to deal with.
I have been visiting lots of clinics till i get across to this one after a friend recommendation.

I have been seeing Dr Theja for about 5 months and she has been a game changer for me. So thorough and has got to the bottom of three of my issues. Fantastic doctor that looks into everything with no stone left unturned.

Worth the wait. Often running late largely because he takes the time to work out what is going on with his patients. Very kind and caring and situated right next to the chemist which is useful. No working toilet available for your long wait but still 4 star review due to competence and care.

When I moved From Melbourne I struggle to find a really good GP and Doctor Adel came to my rescue he is the most heart warming amazing and so thorough and so good at his job!
i highly recommend him in a heart beat I suffer with lots of medical conditions and he’s been nothing but so attentive and caring and so considerate of my needs and attends to me when I need him even if he has to work after hours he will go up and beyond for you as he cares about his patience ️ Bless his soul he is a true doctor, true to what he does and he is amazing and as I said I’m truly blessed that I found him even if you have to wait an hour for him that’s how thorough he is - you will never rush you out of there! It is the worst and the most unprofessional staff and GP. I booked my telehealth appointment today at 9: 10am with  Dr Muhammad Hussain via Health engine app. At 9;26am I called up and the first staff said the doctor is a little bit running late and she helped me reschedule the telehealth call for 10am. After 2 hours, I called up again and another staff member told me a completely different thing and said Dr Hussain didn't call me because it is a telehealth consultation and I should make a face to face appointment since I am a new patient. The system didn't allow me to book the face to face appointment cus I have a flu symptom
Then all of sudden the staff put me on line and she was proceeding to contradict herself and to reschedule the telehealth consultation for this afternoon. After waiting for 2 hrs she was unable tell me if and when the doctor will be able to call me and they try to rebook it for this afternoon. She keeps saying he is just little bit late. 2hrs of waiting are not little bit.

Completely unprofessional and they don't understand their own practice. I will never gonna visit this place.

Great practice, great location. Think people need to be more curious with doctors as they only seem to be getting busier. Love the doctor here
