Staff friendly but have been going to Dr Theja for about 4 years She can be very rude and abrupt Last fortnight she was so aggressive I was close to tears when I left! I will never go back to this place. I tried the male doctor the who can’t speak English properly and was abrupt as well. Talked about it with my neighbour and she had the same experience and left there months ago

Dr Hussain never listen to what we ask. He is on his own like we pay alot just to see his face. It’s not worth at all.

I am aware there are a lot of bad reviews of this clinic, some of them targeted Dr Muhammad Hussain. I agree this is definitely not the best GP practice, there are heaps improvements needed. However, i recently visited Dr Hussain a few times to manage my bulged spine disc. He has been quite helpful and patient, even my physiotherapist appraised him to take initiatives to communicate in order to best manage my condition.

It was the worst doctor appointment experience I've ever had. I have to mention about Muhammad Hussain. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn't listen to you, his body language is disturbing. I was thinking maybe it could just me complaining about him before I saw reviews about him. Shame on him, treating his patient like that.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND I was unfortunate to be seen by Dr Muhammad Hussain who did not listen to my concerns or symptoms. Even after explaining with some detail he asked questions to which I had already answered & was repeatedly dismissive & unhelpful.

The most cold, apathetic, dismissive doctors I’ve ever experienced in my life. Absolutely foul doctors male and female. Will never go back.

Dr theja, nice to talk to, but as a doctor is questionable, doesn't follow proper procedures, cuts you off and says your 10 mins is up, she says you have to make another appointment, she is not a good Dr at all

Rude reception. Very abrupt and hang up. Don't seem to care about their patients at all. Also very long wait times.

I've had two horrible experiences with this place that I had to leave a review (can't believe I even went back a second time). How someone like Muhammad Hussain can be called a Doctor is incredible, honestly. I was nothing but nice, on time and did not have any unreasonable requests, yet he berated and criticized almost everything I said. I was actually so stunned to see this behavior from a Doctor it's like he'd mistaken me for someone else. I'm not surprised in the slightest to see the other bad reviews of him here, he's an absolute grub of man. Other doctors weren't bad, but not great. Just avoid this place at all costs.

Brilliant! From the friendly girls on reception to Dr. Hussain's mellow demeanor, but professional service, I had a great experience here. I booked online which was an absolute breeze.

What a terrible medical centre, 3rd world run, ring up and you get hung up on, Mary needs to be sacked, rude as, feral place run by all except Dr.lin.go elsewhere, you have been warned, dr. Theja is one useless one as for the old Indian one he is to old, cannot understand a word he says

Worst medical centre EVER! I got rung up 5 minutes after my phone appointment time to tell me I no longer qualify for a phone appointment!
Apparently, I don't qualify because I haven't been there since 2017, yet I a COVID vaccination there! Don't put your health in the hands of these duds!

I'm not one for reviews but feel it's my duty to warn others. Took my very sick 4 year daughter to this practice as it was only one open on Sunday and my concern for my daughter was high. Dr Muhammad Nurul Hussain has to be the rudest, most aggressive, uncaring person I have ever come across. He talks over you, doesn't listen and has absolutely no bedside manner. Will NEVER use this practice again.

Very rude doctors especially DR Hussain.waited for 4 to 6 hours for the doctor to come then he just spoke about 20 words only. He should get sacked

Waste of time. Rude receptionist that is dismissive and slams you on hold for 5mins each time before answering. Booked online for a phone appointment and when I phoned later to confirm other information the receptionist thought I was coming in (Doesnt seem like their booking service works)
The last straw for me is the 3 doctors appointment I have had cancelled with 40mins, 3hrs and 11hrs notice. I understand Dr's have sick days too, but the notice and multiple times has meant a 4 weeks wait for blood test results after re-booking again and again.
Small and crowded waiting room. Never again.

We went to see Dr Muhammad Hussain to get the pathology result, awful experience, he is angry with us to see another GP, just because he could not determine the disease and another doctor can. It is unbelievable he works with Dr Qinghui Lin in the same clinic. These two doctors are the worst we have seen, terrible twosome.

Booked appointment through Health engine. Arrived and was told the doctor hasn't been there for months amd I was the 4th person today who had come in saying they booked with them. The receptionist said they had told the management at the practice about this but they hadn't done anything about it. Wasted my afternoon.

Dr Adel is the best Dr in Brisbane! He listens and he doesn't just wildly prescribe you medication.

Very unhelpful doctors and it feels as if they are trying to rush you out the door. No assistance on next steps or referral points whatsoever.
