Went in to buy some gloves, ended up buying a whole lot more. Staff were helpful, particularly Andrew. His knowledge of products and helpfulness was quite impressive.

I had a bit of a shop around - first starting at a golf clearance outlet in my local area. However, the service at Golf World Woolloongaba was second to none. As a newby, Rob and Will were friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations on golf courses, coaching clinics available, and how to get started with practice. I highly recommend shopping here!

After going to nearby Drummond Golf and seeing a heap of young guys talking behind a counter and not even engaging with customers I luckily found Golf World just a stones throw away. The team here are genuine, helpful and accomodating, it was a breath of fresh air coming into a store and not seeing salesman but actual blokes that listened and eagerly wanted to help you have fun not just spend money. I ended up buying a new full set of irons and driver and a few things the wife doesn’t know about and couldn’t be more pleased. Upon entering and talking with Nick and Aaron about what I wanted they took hours (3-4) to go over everything with me through back and forth conversation and in the simulator. If you’re in need of anything golf wise please do yourself a favour and drop in and see these guys before you do something silly and buy something online that doesn’t suit your needs. So underrated this joint.

Nick was super helpful in finding a gift for my partner's birthday. Settled on a Gallaway driver, Nick made sure the purchase was in my partners name so he could just attend and exchange if it wasn't right. He did return as he prefers Titleist, and he remarked they were a great bunch and really helpful!

Had an awesome experience at this GolfWorld store, I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Nick was great with helping me select a wedge to fill between my 50° and 60°, had an abundance of knowledge and was very eager to help me select the right club by passing on his own experience. Went in for a fitting for new sticks (Driver to Wedge), the team were awesome, asked lots of questions, let me hit a lot of balls with different brand irons and shafts, most importantly they didn’t push any particular model. Really impressed, looking forward to picking my new clubs up ASAP. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any golf gear.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick for my recent purchase of new clubs, bag and shoes. The customer service from Nick was first class and his willingness to understand all of my requirements, help me with my swing and work within my budget was excellent.

His patience and guidance whilst trialing clubs was fantastic and his willingness to be flexible with the package and price was great. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are in the market for any golfing equipment.

Don't shop here, their service is garbage and if they make a mistake in their price, 'nothing they can do'. What a joke.

I came here after been in the Toowoomba store and between Toowoomba and here there is no difference in the excellent customer service. I have ben back a few time now and have never been disappointed.

Legendary staff at Woolongabba! I asked the young lad working at the checkout if he knew where there might be a power point nearby as my phone was on 2 percent. The boys there happily charged my phone for awhile and helped me out with some questions I had about their kicks. If you're into golf I recommend going to see these guys
