I purchased a pair of golf shoes online as a Christmas present for my brother in law. When they arrived, I realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. These guys went above and beyond to not only help me with a replacement for the correct size, but they managed to ship me a new pair which arrived the VERY NEXT DAY (shipped from QLD to WA I might add) in Peak Christmas Trading. I would highly recommend purchasing from Golf World Virginia - excellent customer service, and great products/pricing. Thanks for the help guys!

Staff not interested in helping young people, would have liked assistance to purchase a set of clubs, and shoes and my partner was after a new bag however can’t get any help from anyone in the store. Super disappointing and won’t be coming back any time soon.

Umm just replying to your comment. Are you assuming I said something because I gave your store a 1 star rating and no description why. Please don't guess and accuse me of being rude to your staff. I gave your store a 1 star because your store just doesn't cut it as being professionally run. I guess you'll have to look in the mirror for that one‍️. Is this how you get people to delete their reviews because you guess that a customer was rude to your staff?

First time staff were helpful said I would return the following day when I did the staff were not helpful and bordering on rude

Service fail. My 9yr old was wearing a golf hat. Left the store and a employee ran out and accused him of stealing. They don’t stock that particular hat. I checked. Handled very poorly and even worse no apology was even attempted.

Went in after watching to many youtube review on what clubs i wanted. 2 mins after walking in Callum came straight up and said hey. Ive been playing golf 15 years. Im average but i know what im after and Cal was amazing. He asked the right questions, gave me tons of info and set me up to hit some balls. Gave me varying price ranges and spent about 2/3 hours with me. I left with a full set of new PING irons, 2 Titlest wedges and an Odyssey putter.

Good reliable retail outlet were there's always a minimum of fuss. I'd like to single out Dan for special commendation. He understands what customer relationships are all about. I know people who travel from all different parts of Brisbane to the northside (passing multiple golf outlets along the way, just to get their golf gear from Dan. They know he'll look after them as best he can and there's never any BS.

Golf World Virginia is by far the absolute best golf shop in Brisbane. The store is large and they offer an extensive range and variety of products. They also offer GC2 launch monitors for fitting which highlight important metrics such as spin rate and shot dispersion. I've personally known Dan Taylor there for many years and he is a bottomless well of knowledge when it comes to all aspects of golf fitting. He's extremely well versed in golf club head and shaft design and knows how to match a player to the right gear within seeing just a couple of swings. He's looked after me many times and I won't shop anywhere else in Brisbane for that reason.
