Rubbish service. I've had more helpful and in depth conversations with strangers off marketplace then Chris gave me in his store when I asked a simple question about a driver shaft. Find a different local golf shop.

Absolutely exceptional service and would highly recommend to anyone. Great range in store and the testing facility was excellent. Earl looked after us, no upsell and very personalised service. Does not rush through the process and allows the time to review a range of equipment. Seriously excellent experience.

I wouldn't suggest you pop into this store for any of the latest equipment. Stock is very old when it comes to clubs. Go elsewhere for new gear unless you want obsolete Nike putters and woods.

I called this place 11.15am to enquire after Titliest balls and was told that they had the balls in stock (5 boxes) however, the guy could not tell me the price of each box as 'it is not Golf World policy to disclose the price over the phone'. He told me it was roughly around $37 however if i were to drive up there (30mins) he could do a great deal for me.possibly about the $30 mark. I arrive at this place in an hour, and Chris, the manager tells me he had no such phone call and the price is $36.99. The best price he could give me was $35.14. Chris, its people like you that give great managers a dishonest rep. In Australia, we call your behaviour a DOG ACT.

Terrible service. The sales assistant with a American/ Canadian ascent was not helpful and we felt we were inconveniencing him when he served us. Will not ever step foot in this store again!

Can't speak highly enough of the experience I had today at Golf World. Have a chat with Shane next time you're in - knowledge of the game - exceptional. Provides lessons to so why not have a one stop shop for all the golfing needs. Cheers guys.
