27Very poor customer service, were not willing to help at all, and felt as if they didn't care I needed assistance.
Went in to buy some golf balls, not interested, eventually the middle aged guy realised I was unimpressed with the arrogance of the about 30 yr old, then started to show an interest.
Wow how does this happen these days, you'd think every sale would matter the way business is going!
Maybe should just do online like most, personal service should be your point of difference!
Bad service! First time I went there they didn't even get out of their seats, second time I asked a question they gave me a short answer and went back to whatever they were doing, I was the only person in the shop both times and they had no interest in selling me anything at all.
I’ll be buying my new set from somewhere els and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone

Picked up a new set of clubs today after a long time away from the game and Michael was a great help. He steered me in the right direction and looked after me with some extra accessories and a great price.
My son bought a Garmin s10 golf for Father’s Day 2 months ago, and charger stopped working. Went to golf world Capalaba with watch and cord 2 weeks ago and tested charger cord from a new watch and found that the original cord was faults. The store person called Garmin and Garmin said they would send a replacement cord under warranty. They called me yesterday to pick up my new cord and then wanted to charge me $38.95 for my charger, because the store person thought i didn’t ask for warranty. Of course it’s under warranty and that’s what I asked for. I use to spend lots of money at golfworld probably thousands of dollars over the years. You would think the customer is always right.
Just visited the store with my husband and was greeted by Michael who really helped us out. We are each looking for new club sets, he gave us some great insight knowledge and allowed Josh to test a few club options. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase but will 100% be returning next week to do so. Michael made my husband’s day and has scored GolfWorld Capalaba two loyal customers.
Cant complain too much really as no one spoke to me. Went in the store, one poor bloke in there. Sat behind the counter and didn’t move. Saw a left hand Nike putter that I was interested in, but overpriced. Maybe if offered a deal I would have picked it up. Haven’t been in the Capalaba store for a while, but last time there, more staff who made and effort to engage the customers.especially Dan who used to work at the Virginia store a few years back.
I went in to purchase a new driver (was having trouble with my current driver). I was served by Mark who instead of selling me a new driver (which he could have done), told me to bring my driver in and hit a few balls in store. After assessing, Mark suggested I first work on fixing my swing (and passed on the details for a coach). Turns out the issue was not my driver. I appreciate the professional approach, and value the honest advice (and not the usual sales tactics some others use). I will be upgrading my irons shortly and will definitely be purchasing from Golf World Capalaba - they have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer. 10/10

Excellent service. I had to return some golf shoes (manufacturers issue), 5 months old, and exchanged without even asking. Can't ask for more. Also a great range of stock on the floor.
Awesome service and great prices on their own brand as well as all the big names in store. GC Quad simulator for customers buying clubs and great prices on freight as well
Blake was amazing. He helped us find a great set of clubs within our budget and even adjusted to the correct length. So happy with his level of customer service.
Dan was really helpful with selecting the right clubs for me while giving me cues to fix my swing.
Fitted with irons set & driver with 2 others by Dan. Spent 3hrs there helping our stroke and then explaining what we were doing right and wrong. After a few swings and adjustments, he was quick to recommend a club and a certain shaft to try, he was spot on every time.
Very happy with the purchase and the personalized experience, will be back for upgrades in the future!
Since getting back into the golf scene over the past few months the customer service and experience at Golf World Capalba has been very exceptional! All the staff have been friendly, patient and very helpful every visit. I highly recommend this golf store for all your golfing needs at great price!
Got the cheap grip deals.got all my clubs fitted with mid grips.feel awesome. More confidence. Great deal. Also had a shaft fitted on my Cleveland Driver. Hit some crackers today. Very happy. Great guys too
