Having lived on the Gold Coast for over 30 years, and been to many golf stores, in my opinion none of them compare to the outstanding service, array of equipment and knowledge provided at this store. Anthony and his team provide all of the above in truckloads. It's pointless going elsewhere for golfing needs and advice.

Anthony went over and above to help me find the perfect golf club set that suited my ability and budget. He listened carefully to what I was after and let me use the practice nets to help me make the final decision. No sales talk or pushing me into something expensive I didn't need. Very happy and enjoying my golf

Went in looking for some new irons, completely unsure what I needed. Brodie helped me out 10/10, asked all the questions and more and was super helpful, absolute legend! Will definitely be back to complete the bag very soon

Great look for golf world franchises, Anthony was super helpful and accommodating, if you're up in the Goldcoast area I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! Top lads always going the extra mile to help their customers.

Pretty underwhelming to be honest. 2 cars in the car park, the other person was in a furniture store out back. I hardly got acknowledged. Cashed up wanting to buy. 1 staff member stood behind the counter and didn't interact at all. Pretty disappointing as I'd previously had positive experiences here. Finally got his attention which he gave for all of 40 secs before retaking his rightful place holding up the counter. What happened to service?

Went there for the first time to spend a voucher given to me for Christmas. Well located, good parking area, easy to reach. Friendly staff. I knew what I wanted so was in and out quickly. From what I saw the range of products was good. Facilities available for testing the clubs before purchase. Golfers should go there.

Absolutely genuine service. So genuine that we were still being shown clubs after the store had closed. The swing tips and mechanical instruction was like a fully paid lesson. A great experience from professionals that clearly love the game and want to see people improve.

I want to give Shane and Matt from Golf World Bundall a huge wrap. I recently walked into the store and was looking to buy a set of irons. Within 5 minutes Shane had listened to my needs and had me hitting dozens of golf balls into the nets with the golf monitoring equipment. He was very patient, he spent 2 hours with me, gave me great advice and some very handy golf tips. After many different combinations of club heads and shafts I bought my new Ping G425’s with Project X shafts. I called the store a couple of times for an update on the clubs arrival. Each time I got Matt who was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks guys for a great buying experience.

One of the most horrific customer service experiences of my life.
- No help went to the desk after walking around
- One guy texting, one guy on the computer, didnt even look up 'What can I do for you'
- I mentioned I was very new to golf and would love to learn what I need to do to start my journey.
- All I got was, 'ok.so what do you want to know. '
- After saying it again, he asked the guy texting if he wants to look after me, the guy texting laughed and went.yeah ok and continued to text!
- I said ill come back if they're busy but he walked over, asked me what I wanted to know and didn't proactively do anything! I started every new bit of communication. I had to pinch my self to know if this was real life or a dream. What the actual hell happened? I could have purchased the whole store. A bunch of miserable retail workers thanks for your hospitality

Guy was really helpful and they had a big selection of golf umbrellas. Online website was also up to date

Bought the driver that Shayne recommended and you guessed it, he also threw in just about a one hour lesson. The down side is I now have some work to do on my swing. Absolutely fantastic and cheers guys, magnificent work.
