They don't appear to have a hell of alot of stock here but what they lack in stock they make up for in awesome customer service

I visited the store in August looking for a pair of Red Wing boots only to find out they were virtually impossible to get in Australia due to supply issues. Jo helped me out anyway, sizing me up and puttingy name on the waiting list. A few days ago I got the call from Jo that my boots had arrived, and so over the weekend my wife and I went for a drive and picked them up.
Carmen served me on the day and was fantastic, so friendly and polite and even helping me put my new boots on properly. She gave great advice and made the whole process so easy and a joy. Thanks Golders, I will be back.

I bought a pair of GEORGIAN BARRACUDA boots, since I can't buy thorogood lace up boots any more in A. U, they are of good quality and if you're like me its uncomfortable to have a heel, they have fantastic arch support because of the steel shank. They take a 2 weeks to break in but are now super comfy and offer great support if you spend a lot of time on ladders where you're arches cop a flogging these boots after slow break in are worth it, next time I might get the same boot in an 8 inch instead, for more ankle support but a good quality boot nonthe less

I always love going to Golders, the staff are helpful & friendly every time and pay attention to what you have to say. I recently went and got another pair of converse, I have gotten them from here for a good while. The time before I was in, I had a pair falling apart unlike other converse I've had before, and they were helpful with that. I have nothing but good experiences with Golders and staff!

I brought a pair of Doc Martin boots from Golders earlier this year and was very happy with the service then as I am now. Unfortunately the pair of boots a brought came undone at the sole very unusual for Docs. Anyway I called up and they offered to replace no questions asked. I'm just letting you know all this because, service like this is so rare and I am so pleased. What a wonderful business that needs our support.
