Waited only 10 minutes in waiting room. Dr O’Donnell was very professional and at the same time had a great sense of humour. Sorted me out to my satisfaction. Very impressive as always.

First time patient here. I was impressed by the lovely staff and doctors who took care of me and ensured I had all the tests I needed for my symptoms.

A confirmed Dr appointment made on the 2nd March and confirmed for the 27april. Email proof still told today it did not exist and it never existed. Another example of the frustrations of interactions with this Medical Centre. If it was a first you could excuse it as a muck up. However sadly this is not the case.

Very happy with my experience. Hadn't been there before and they took me in because I couldn't get into my regular GP clinic. Turns out I had shingles in my eye. Very grateful for the care that the staff and Dr Jerry showed me.

Very happy I have just found my new Medical Centre after relocating to the Sunshine Coast. A very professional Medical Practice from welcoming friendly Receptionists to an excellent Doctor who engaged and really listened. Great location and even parking! Great! Thank you.

Appointment was 45mins later than scheduled. Was not advised by reception of any delays or extended wait times at check-in. Not good when you have a child to entertain. If we knew we would have gone for a walk and come back.

Not my usual GP but they managed to fit me in on short notice on a Saturday morning when my usual practice was closed.
I had a bit of a wait as there was an emergency with one of the staffs children and they attended to that. They kept me informed and thanked me for being patient with waiting a bit longer. There overall attitude was friendly and caring.

Reception is good but only depending on which administration staff are there, but Dr Bennett is a wonderful caring doctor, especially with the kids.

Had a small problem today with my script.lady on front desk was absolutely brilliant trying to help me. Just a big Thank you and also to Dr Nicholas Simon who went out of his way to help.

If i could give zero stars, I would. This medical center is one of the worst on the coast, the Receptionist are nothing but rude (misty, Emma), and nobody's who think their so much better than everyone. Their customer service is appalling. The receptionist team needs more training with how to handle certain situations and how to be nice to people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, get better Receptionist who love their work and who are kind because clearly these girls haven't got a clue.

Always caring. Acting under pressure in a broken system. Doing their ABSOLUTE BEST looking after our community. Their commitment to EXCELLNECE IS EXEMPLARARY. Their composure when GREETING & caring for patients, working in the environment of todays medical practices is to be highly commended. The nurses customer service, attentiveness, GENTLENESS & concern brings calm, relaxation, & must definitely reflects in blood pressure tests how good their care is.
Its the quality of the PEOPLE there WHO ARE committed to the TEAM CULTURE of the Practice from top down.

My dad called up today to book in for a compulsory drivers license review (due to his age) and was informed that his Dr is on annual leave (no complaints there). As there is a limited timeframe for this, there was a sense of slight urgency. He then requested to see another Dr within the facility, Rebecca (admin staff) told him that it wasn’t possible due to him needing to see his regular GP, despite the facility being an MDT operation and sharing data. The conversation went back and forth, with intimidation and condescending undertones for a while, until eventually Rebecca (admin staff) hung up the phone due to not seeing reason. Following this, Dad spoke to the department of transport for clarification and whether he was required to see his regular GP and insinuated that the admin staff had not spoken the whole truth, and was informed that it would be possible to seek assistance from any Dr within the facility, as all data should be shared. He called back, only to receive the same treatment from the same staff member, until finally she conceded and booked him in to see another doctor. The disappointment comes from the fact the assistance and triage management was not only painfully long (with an easy fix) but also disrespectful and the least bit patient centred.
We come from a healthcare family, myself included, and to think that rude, disrespectful and untruthful people like Rebecca exist is really shameful to everyone else working within the field, and those wanting good care. Please see this as a way to improve your communication skills and become better frontline workers that I’m proud to work alongside.
