Both our kids are loving gymnastics at Gold Medal Gymnastics. The kids are kept busy and interested, learning new skills each week. I've loved seeing the coordination and dexterity in our little ones increase. Liz and Bughy are very dedicated to the families in the club, make you feel welcome and are especially great with the little ones.

Liz and Coach Bughy have created a safe and nurturing environment for the next generation of gymnasts to learn how to move their bodies. Bughy’s enthusiasm and passion for gymnastics is unmatched. Our daughters confidence and skill grows every session, even I look forward to coming along and learning a little myself. Great club, highly recommend.

My daughter has been training at Gold Medal Gymnastics for 5 months and she has loved every class. Coach Bughy brings his experience and teaches gymnastics focusing on technique and safety. It is a space where the kids have fun, while developing life skills that will help them forever.

From the minute I first contacted Liz she was incredibly helpful and so accomodating in getting my daughter organised for classes. Bughy is such a fantastic coach and is soooo patient with all the kids and it’s such an amazing program that he teaches. Liz & Bughy are just great people all round! Excellent coaching and really family friendly. Bughy is lovely with the kids, correcting their techniques, but still makes it fun. My 5 year old loves going to Gymnastics!

Bughy is a friendly and professional gymnastics instructor. My daughter loves going to his classes and has progressed leaps and bounds. Bughy is patient with the younger children and he is respectful of their personalities and personal boundaries. I highly recommend Gold Medal Gymnastics for anyone who is looking for a skill focused but also friendly class.

Our 3 year old came to the free trial, we were not sure whether she liked it, so the team (liz and Bughy) were very easy going and friendly and arranged two paid sessions. Turns out, that's just what she needed to build her confidence and now she loves it. She is much stronger and had more coordination but there's also the mental aspect where she feels challenged and sometimes has so try something new and a bit scary and is really pleased when she accomplishes a new skill. It's also really easy to take my 1 year old and still help my daughter though the harder moves.

We always aim to support family businesses and the best decision we made was trialling gymnastics with Liz & Coach Bughy. We are proud to say we are one of their originals and absolutely love the setup they have built and how personalised the service they provide is. What an experience my daughter is getting with Coach Bughy and Liz has been an amazing lifesaver for us with our scheduling. My daughter is in awe when she sees what tricks Coach Bughy can do, looks up to him every class and tries her very best to be like him one day, so determined. We have been attending Gold Medal Gymnastics for a quite a few weeks now and our son’s technique has already improved so much. The small classes and attention to each student is a huge factor in a child’s development. Liz & Bughy are lovely people and want the best for all the children. We’re hopeful to grow with them, as their business grows. Our son looks forward to his lesson each week and it’s his favourite day, which in itself is a true testament to the amazing work Gold Medal Gymnastics is doing.

Love that the classes are small so everyone gets a turn and learn each obstacle properly.
Can’t fault these guys. Lovely family owned small business. Happy to say we will be staying for a long time.
