Dr Shaun and Luchelle were both fantastic to deal with. They were both caring and understanding of our situation and the urgency to get my son diagnosed as quickly as possible.

The testing was thorough but Dr Shaun made it so comfortable for my son and was easy to speak with and Luchelle was very accommodating with the appointment times as we lived 2 hours away from the clinic.

Our whole experience with them both was fantastic from start to finish and I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is needing to access their services.

Shaun is a kind and amazing psychologist! He really knows what he is doing and is very detailed when going through the assessment process. I had contacted so many other psychologists and psychiatrists and decided to go with Shaun, given that they had flexible availability, affordable and great at communicating back to their clients!
Luchelle was also amazing to deal with. She is super sweet and really prioritizes the needs of their clients! Luchelle was very transparent and informative on how the whole process would work and she was helpful in answering all my questions. I really felt comfortable and trusting with deciding to go them and I made the right decision! I wish I had found these guys sooner. This year we came to see Shaun after having issues with our son (14) and his concentration attention and learning. After being diagnosed with ADD and getting treatment, it’s been life changing. He’s gone from D’s to B’s and will now be going for an ATAR. During these sessions, Shaun explained things so well that we realised our eldest (18) also showed signs of ADD. Suddenly things make a lot of sense. Luchelle is efficient and friendly and has guided us through the process. It’s been worthwhile and made so much difference. Would highly recommend seeing these guys.

First off let me say I have undergrad psych and am studying postgrad counselling, so I am quite fussy about who I see and any support I receive in this regard. Shaun and Luchelle, in the short time I have been going to them, have literally changed my life.

I went to see Shaun for an ADHD assessment having been dismissed by a psychiatrist back in 2014. I was naturally apprehensive and concerned that maybe it was all my mind but felt something wasn't quite right.

Shaun is extremely knowledgeable about ADHD, is across all the lastest research in the field, and explains things in a way that is easy for the layman to understand. He was very through in his assessment (I was amazed there was so much to it tbh, I had no idea) and very well across all the comorbidities that can present similarly.

Luchelle is a delight and a dream to deal with, despite having a massive waitlist and people who are no doubt quite desperate to get in (like I was). She was very down to earth and friendly.

Since being diagnosed about a month ago, I have been to coaching and have learnt so much already. They are ethical operators who take their duty of care to clients seriously - no slapping diagnoses out left, right and centre. Cannot recommend highly enough. We jneed more like them in the mental health field!

Shaun (psychologist) and Luchelle (owner and receptionist) both truly care about everyone who comes here and try their best to help as much as they can. They have and overload of people trying to book things here (so many personal recommendations from both medical professionals and clients and just general demand and awareness), but they try their best. MUCH worth the wait if you have a long wait prediction. Shaun is a true ADHD/ADD specialist and expert in his field and knows what he's doing, always updated with new research papers, and looks deeply into cases (mine was difficult but he figured it out). I was diagnosed by Shaun (took a few 1on1 sessions and brought in my Mum and then testing), and I've only been to a few group coaching sessions so far (and haven't got medication yet) but already I've noticed life changing differences with myself related to my ADHD struggles. 10/5 stars. Thank you guys.

Initially seeing Shaun for ADHD Coaching was amazing until an appointment was cancelled by the practice and a replacement appointment was scheduled without consultation/approval in May 2020, unfortunately since then the only appointment I have been able to secure was late March 2021 nearly 10 Months later.

Dealings with Luchelle regarding appointments were unplesent and abrasive in nature and avoidance of responsibility regarding appointment scheduling without consideration of patient well-being is particularly obvious.

Shaun is a true ADD expert psychologist, with a wonderful personality, great listener, helped me and my son get diagnosed with ADD over a short period of time, thorough but still not too slow, some docs take 6mths to diagnose! We continue to see Shaun for coaching and help with our continuing struggles that the medication just can't quite fix for us. And it is always enjoyable and valuable seeing him, so we hope to keep seeing him for a while yet!

I started seeing Shaun when I was first diagnosed with ADHD. My anxiety was severe and I was experiencing pits of deep depression. While I was also seeing a psychiatrist and received drugs, it was the therapy with Shaun that turned my life around. He made me understand myself - my limitations and my gifts - and helped me navigate a path towards a healthier mind. I've had some relapses and I'm seeing Shaun again. I know he's very busy and booked out in advance, but Luchelle does her very best to try to schedule me in ASAP. I wouldn't want her job dealing with us, prone to forgetfulness and disorganisation. I find her to always be kind and efficient.

Dr Shawn is an amazing therapist. He's warm, intelligent and thorough and has helped me understand myself and ADHD more than anyone else. He taught me CBD and helped me recognise so many roots of a lot of my behaviors and reactions. I can watch my own behavior now and understand where it came from, and thus change my behaviors and reactions in real time that has life long impact, and that is a level of deep self understanding that makes such a huge difference in quality of life and mental health. I started seeing Shaun a few months ago when I felt like my life was a complete mess. He gave me a very thorough diagnosis and it has literally changed my life since. His coaching is amazing, and he actually teaches you how your brain works and what steps to take to implement this knowledge into your life. Unlike a lot of other psychologists who just tell you what to think, Shaun's approach is very different and he meets you on your level to work through whatever problems you have and makes the steps to achieve this as easy as possible. He's not just a "feelings" coach, but actually very knowledgeable and is very passionate about what he does! Highly recommend!
