I had a dress that needed alterations for a wedding (only 4 days to have the job done). First time it wasn’t quite right, as there was a miscommunication on their notes, but it also still wasn’t fitting right. To fix this we changed the entire approach to ensure the garment fit correctly. It was a challenging dress but we got it right and they did it in time for me, so I am very happy with the service. Other more simple jobs have always been done correctly and on time here too and I find the pricing really reasonable.

Take my boyfriend’s suit which was moldy from lying in the closet to be dry-clean, they did a great job it looks like new when I pick it up.

They lost my partners formal jacket and took no responsibility and no offer of a refund or a percentage of what the jacket is worth as per their receipt. Once he argued with them for a few weeks they offered him to choose from an array of other jackets which he declined. He Hhad to go buy hhh

Put a suit in to be dry cleaned on a Wednesday and got told it would be ready by Friday. Had a function on the Saturday. Got to the shop on the Friday, it was not there and no one could find it. Staff could give no answers. Had to go purchase new clothes to go to the function. Got a call on the Monday telling me it was ready- a lot of good that was - no mention of refund or any compensation. Terrible customer service and will never be returning. Try anyone but them, they are not worth using on any level. Will be making it mission to share this on every platform available to me.

I took in a very large and very flimsy curtain (the colours suited the room) to be cut in half and hemmed to fit the space required. Due to the flimsiness of the material this job was not as easy as it sounds, but despite this difficulty the friendly staff of Gold Coast Dry Cleaning did and excellent job, and the end product perfectly fitted the space required, so from my experience, I have no hesitation in recommended them to others

I could not be happier. I gave the staff one of my most precious garments. My mother’s 60 year old ball gown passed down to me. The dress had been in a suitcase for for nearly as many years, moved three states and five homes. Needless to say they had their work cut out for them. Warning! Warning! Louderrrrr Warning! Do not use their services. This is a Zero Rating. They lost our items and we had to wait four weeks for them to find our bed toppers and doona. They didnt know where they were. There was no courtesy to call us and let us know until we turned up enquiring where our beddings were. Appalling. Do not use their services.

Great service by a very educated dressmaker, and very polite and professional at giving help and advice on many items. Well done
