Gold Coast Christmas Trees

So disappointed. We have been ordering trees from this company for many years now, and have always been very happy. This year we wanted an extra large tree because we had lots of family visiting from interstate. The website advised that orders for extra large trees would not be able to be placed until the 10th of December. When I called up on the 9th of December I was advised that they had sold out! Numerous phone calls - all unanswered (phone rings out and then goes to message bank), and emails later, I finally got onto the owner (Mark), and when questioned as to why the website would not allow orders yet they managed to sell out, he said that he "wasn't going to entertain that line of questioning" and hung up on me. Terrible customer service and so very disappointing.

While others have their trees up and decorated early, we wait patiently for our real Christmas tree from Mark to arrive. For over 15 years this has been our family routine. And it is not until we smell the scent of fresh tree pine that Christmas really begins.
This year is no exception. The tree is nothing short of spectacular. Tall, full and majestic. So full that we waited two days for her to unfold to decorate.
Thank you Mark. Your trees make our Christmas every year.

I have to say how incredible Gold Coast Christmas Trees are each and every year, we've been purchasing since around 2009 and we are always extremely happy. This years tree is incredible - so plush. Even after worrying that it wasn't going to get delivered because the team had been beyond busy this year. The set up guys were and always are amazing, they get in so quickly and provide a little run day. We love purchasing from the same company each and every year and continue to look forward to do so:)

I have been ordered the tree on July and it is fully cancelled now. And just 4 days to go pick up. They should take my order first because I ordered 5 months ago. Don’t know how it works. Now I need to find another tree before Christmas. Really really disappointed.

I’ve been wanting a real Xmas tree forever! My Aunty in Melbourne would decorate a 8-10ft tree every year and I loved it. But living on the Gold Coast I always thought it would be too difficult and messy but I was wrong. With a little bit of care, like watering approximately 1 litre a day, keeping it out of the way of an air conditioner/sunlight and sweeping every few days it was easy. I also have 2 dogs & 2 cats who left it alone. One thing I will say is it’s difficult to hang really heavy ornaments (glass) other than that it was a wonderful tree and the smell is gorgeous. Just like Xmas. The lovely people that run this company were also very helpful & efficient. They deliver & collect the tree but I’m keeping mine until the end of January. As I followed their instructions my tree has lasted a long time. See you this XMAS? ‍

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY.
He happily took our $160 and when we were not able to make the pick up date there was no tree and no refund. He kept the money and we got no tree!
Then he tried to sell me another tree for $100! Smug arrogant man.
Don't just take my word for it check all his replies to any negative views below. Apparently none of them are real customers. Awful company, and a horrible human

We have been buying trees from this business for the past 12 years and were so happy to find them. Prior to this we used to battle snakes and mossies and hostile bushland to chop down mangey old conifers full of spiders and all manner of odd insects. The aroma from these trees cannot be matched and they are so symmetrical. (Not like our old grinch trees) Can I use an old line and say "Do yourself a favour"? Our 3 children are now buying from here as well - they say it doesn't feel like Xmas unless you wake up to the smell of pine.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give Gold Coast Christmas Trees 0 stars, I had to give them 1.worst experience dealing with this company, I’ll never deal with them again.

It is not Christmas without a beautiful live pine. These are the most beautiful trees and the service is professional, efficient and friendly. Cant wait for my beautiful tree this year.

We have been buying from Mark and the team for many years now. I have had real trees most of my life and these are the BEST! Great customer service, easy process whether your picking up yourself or having delivered. These guys have a great vibe about what they do and why. The spirit of Xmas is SO alive and aligned with community in these that create a beautifully aromatic centrepiece of Santa’s delivery! Totally recommend. Great customer service. Thank you and nice to buy local. Merry Xmas
