I was at a loss after my old amp died and was advised by Paul about their amp, sub and custom box bundles. He was very helpful and was always ready to lend a hand via online messages. I wasn't happy with the sound quality of the stereo in my new Mitsubishi ASX so the guys at GC Car Sound suggested new speakers as an upgrade. I recently used GCCS for something and mentioned to Paul about a problem I was having with my dashcam (that the dealer installed not them) - he not only looked at it but fixed it.apparently it was just a setting that wasn't set correctly. I highly recommend GCCS - long wait to get whatever you want done as they're so busy, but well worth the wait. Very professional and courteous. Thank you

I’ve recently just had a new sound system installed in my Triton by the Gold Coast Car Sound team.
Paul was super helpful, knowledgeable and great to have a general chat with. His recommendation of sound deadening all my doors was much appreciated. The car feels and sounds completely upmarket and is a world away from the factory sound system.

Very professional outfit. Had apple car play unit and front and rear cameras fitted to an upmarket Mercedes and was very pleased with the result. Have since been back twice needing help with the dash cam technology and both times have been walked through the issues fully. Would have no hesitation in recommending these technicians.

I was recommended to these guys and as it turns out, for good reason. I had a sound issue with my car stereo and took it to them to see if I needed a new set. They spent 10 minutes checking things over and I began to be resigned to think I was going to have to purchase a new stereo so I walked into there shop to take a look leaving the guy in my car. Within seconds I had another shop assistant helping me out when a few minutes later the guy i left in my car came in with the good news that he'd worked out the issue. With the happy news I asked what I owed and to my suprise, not a cent. Super professional team of honest guys. They now have my business.

I recently got a system installed by the guys at Gold Coast car sound, the price was fair, they were great to deal with, friendly and helpful. The workmanship on the installation was top shelf. I am stoked, better than I had hoped for.

Went in to get a quote and advise for replacing subs in my car that seemed to have been stuffed. Honest advise of how and where I can repair them instead as they were not cheap. Rare u find a company that gives up a sale to look after a customer's best interests. For that I will always be back and will come back to get everything installed and tuned once I pickup subs from repair shop. Thanks again

Spoke with Gareth about an unusual matter which it turned out Gold Coast Car Sound cannot help with currently due to lack of access to manufacturer only parts.

Found their install satisfactory but after that their back up and explanations of how to utilize the dash cam and apple play head unit was not good. Would not go back.

Came in off the street. Had issues with my subwoofer. Fortunately I happened to be there at the right time & the guys were able to look at it for me. The fellas were friendly and seemed to know their stuff.
