A great experience! I needed my nails done last minute, they fit me in and had me finished in no time. They were busy too. Very much appreciated. They look beautiful!

Extremely happy with manicure treatment done by May. May is an incredibly talented and a very professional technician. My nails look fabulous and May had them looking super in no time at all.

The salon is well staff with a friendly and efficient team. It is clean and easily accessible.

Approached counter to be served, very rude Asian owner. Wanted to treat my daughter and myself to some nail polished was rudely spoken too. Don't go here. They don't know customer service! Sure to inform all my work colleagues and local neighbours in oxley how rude the owner or manager of this shop treated us today.

Excellent service and a relaxing manicure and pedicure. The technicians were skilled and efficient. My nails look fabulous!

Was my first time here for a acrylic refill and design, great value and I cannot be more satisfied with the attention to details from the lovely senior staffs.

However I do find the receptionist lady who helped me checkout was abit rude. Hence the 4stars. A little friendliness goes along way.

Unlike other salons, I've never had any issues with my acrylics when they are done here. No lifting etc. Great service

I turned up without an appointment and they fitted me in which was great. But things seemed a lot different and I asked if they were under new management and she said yes. Just not the same service and range of colours. Very rushed and a few errors in my polish on my hands. They didn’t measure to see if nails were even or check if I was happy with the length etc. I know before Christmas they’re extremely busy though so I appreciated them fitting me in.

My daughter (who is a repeat client) had her nails done here this afternoon and WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. Staff were rude (about length, colour and design) and rough (while doing her nails)! Extremely disappointing. Not recommended.

The lovely Vietnamese lady was very thoughtful and patient with me as this was my first visit … I will come often

I understand its Christmas however in the past 3 years ive been coming to this nail salon almost every month, the service received today was terrible! New management isnt very good just from the last 3 visits, things keep down hill for this once 10 out of 10 salon. Perhaps you need to take a look at your customer service and stop over working staff by over booking and taking walk in which you never use to do as it reflects in the way staff come across.
Im very doubtful ill be back to this salon in future.

After deciding to give this salon a second chance as it is close to my house i remembered why i decided to never visit it again. I was here for a acrylic removal today and i wish i removed them at home myself. My nails had no lifting and the guy was literally ripping them off with another nail. I do understand that having the nails soaked off in acetone takes some time and the business is very busy however I was in pain as the nails were not ready to be ripped off. They are extremely damaged now and it will take months for them to grow back to its original state.

I’ve been to Gold Class for many occasions including my formal, birthday etc. Absolutely loved the people and the acrylic nails i have received every time. The staff are so so friendly and helpful - Cindy and Jess are two of the most talented, beautiful, and kind people I have ever met. I would highly commend their work; and strongly recommend Gold Class Oxley as the best salon to go to in Brisbane. Much Love to all the people there

Excellent service, fast and efficient but yet very relaxing and a complimentary drink whilst you get pampered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Lovely, friendly service. I had to wait a little while as they were quite busy, however I was offered a massage chair and a complimentary drink while I waited. I could have happily stayed all day, and I am so happy with my pedicure. I will be back.

I love getting a pedicure at Gold Class Nails Oxley. From the moment I walk in I’m treated with kindness and respect, sat down in a massage chair with a complimentary beer, and given a great pedicure every time. The nail techs are skilled and friendly, and everything is sparkling clean.
