Gold Class Nails Clayfield

Staff were lovely but my treatment was not. Rough cuticle work, unrounded nail edges, insufficient scrub and then the product bubbled by the next day. My therapist was being watched during the painting so not sure if she was new. I requested a refund for my $75 within 24 hours of my appointment but was refused by owner Kevin. I was offered another appointment but I don't have the time to go. Disappointing treatment and outcome, I wouldn't recommend at this time.

I have been going to this nail salon since 2021 and they are amazing! All the staff are so pleasant. I get the BIAB and it can last 4-5 weeks, it’s always done so well. Basic colours, nail art, toes, whatever you want they do! They focus more on builder gel and don’t really do acrylics, which I prefer but obviously not everyone’s style, and they are expensive but you really get what you pay for:)

Horrible experience, 200 for what I consider a normal basic pedicure and manicure. On top of the fact that the burnt my nails with builder gel. Cut my cuticles as well. Will not even be going back and will be recommending against this business to others.

Warning.overpriced. Call and check for price before going to somewhere new. Been having mani and pedi forever. Never paid this much in my life. Had no previous colour for them to remove and no colour at all to be done, just a simple manicure and pedicure, my hands were not even soaked in water. I was charged $95! Won’t be back for sure

Had a great experience here. The ladies here are so talented and can pretty much do anything you ask! They only do gel polish, so if that’s not you’re thing, this isn’t the place for you. But it was the best gel nail polish treatment I’ve had and they met the brief for my bridal nails perfectly. Reasonably priced as well and everyone was so lovely!

Very friendly and efficient. They did not soak nails (if you're expecting it). Showed them a photo and they recreated with no issues!

Inferior product, average service and outrageously over priced - at least twice the price it should be! 10 out of 10, DO NOT recommend!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt obligated to deter people from this business. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my 6pm appointment sit down pick my colour (red) and by this time it’s it’s 6: 10 and another lady walks in for her 6pm appointment and is seated straight away…. 30 minutes pass and without a “sorry for waiting” I am seated for my gel set only to be repeatedly told by the lady doing my nails to get long nails, I said multiple times no at which point another worker is telling me also to get long nails…I continue to say no. I am then presented with two options standard gel or I can a strengthening coat, which I pick. The lady proceeded to do my nails telling me red will look bad with short nails… which is a very rude thing to say mid painting someone’s nails red… cherry on the top it cost me $90 when I tell you my jaw dropped paying this ridiculous price for mediocre nails and horrible service.

NEVER AGAIN.

Please read the reviews before going. Horrible. Worst experience ever. Never going back. I asked for a design and they are horrible and smudge. A child could have done better. They say how good it is, maybe they need a better pair of glasses. I can't wait to get these off. I am embarrassed to have them on.

The staff here are so incredibly skilled, gentle and professional, as well as absolutely lovely. The salon feels friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter, they do not rush you through and provide an incredibly thorough and well done service. The staff are excellent at explaining what is going on (having had SNS already on my hands, there was a few things the nail tech mentioned!) as well as doing an incredible job of creating beautiful nails. I am so happy with mine and can't wait to come back. Thank you Queenie!

I'm really disappointed. I went here just to have gel removed as well as a manicure. My nails were cut with gel intact so I was very worried my nails were going to get broken in the process! I questioned the nail tech (which is not something I ever do but it was uncomfortable) who responded "it's quicker this way". The manicure was about two mins and they didn't even soak my nails. Very confused. And this cost me $50! Ridiculous.

Obsessed is an understatement. The lady gave me advice on what would best suit my hand shape, she was super lovely and suggested my colours! Haven’t had this kind of service from a nail tech ever! They also use products that won’t ruin my natural nails. Incredible, honestly you won’t look back

This was the first time at the salon and I absolutely loved how my nails turned out. 3 days later and I'm still admiring them. Great service and I will be back for sure.

Over priced for poor workmanship. My cuticles were cut by the dremmel, and nails were misshapen and not corrected when pointed out. Disappointed in a smaller salon with regulars not looking after new customers as well.

High quality manicure for gel nails. Great attention to detail and not at all ‘rushed’ like I have experienced in busy chain store nail salons. Friendly and professional staff

Helen, Kevin, Queenie and Pop at Gold Class nails are the best in the business. They take such good care of my nails thank you! Won’t go anywhere else!
