1 A year ago, I decided it would be a suitable time for my 12-year-old son to start learning a martial art to get fit, learn self-defence and most importantly become more disciplined. After lots of searching I finally stumbled across this club Goju Ryu Karate Moreton Bay.
At this club you will learn from two highly ranked Sensei’s who have a combined seventy years wealth of experience/knowledge. I was so impressed that I decided to join as well, and hence have been training with my son for roughly 1 year to date.
If you are looking for a club that’s lots of fun, then definitely come along. If you’re wondering what the most effective martial art is, it’s the one that makes you happy to be training in.
Previously I’ve trained in Shotokan – Black Belt, Goju Ryu – Green Belt and Aikido – Yellow Belt totalling 16 years.
