Have had such a horrible experience with Robert. Sold me a Pullman M7 as a "commercial carpet cleaner" it's a great cleaner if you are using the small head only but definitely not a carpet cleaner, leaves the carpet wet as the suction is horrible. Advised Robert that I wasn't happy he sold the vacuum to me knowing I needed it as a carpet cleaner and his reply was "well that's the only suction vacuum we have"
Manager and customer service weren't any help either. Untrustworthy and only friendly when trying to sell you a product.
If you're looking for a vacuum/carpet cleaner keep away from Godfrey

I was served by Robert this week and he was so kind in taking his time to look at my old vacuum to see if we could save it (which we couldn't since it was so old)

he then helped explain in detail about some vacuum cleaners I was interested in which made me feel a lot more confident and comfortable in my decision.

Overall a great experience, really friendly helpful man, thanks Robert!

Great customer service. Tianna was lovely as always. I used to be a very loyal customer to the Hyperdome store but since Tianna was there a couple of weeks ago, I will now be an Underwood loyal customer. Great work.

Wanted to publicly share the wonderful customer service experience I received at your Underwood store recently. I would usually purchase a vacuum from a retailer like the good guys or Harvey Norman however after the customer service I received at your store I will def be back to make my purchase with your store.
The lady that served me (Tianna) was so kind and patient with me on what started out as a very stressful day for me. She was like ray of Sunshine. Completely brightened my day and she is why I’ll be back to buy from Godfrey’s Underwood.

Robert at the Underwood Godfrey’s on Compton Road is the man! He gave us heaps of information on vacuums, carpet cleaners and most importantly, NO PRESSURE TO BUY! Very rude lady/customer service at Underwood store
Offered me a used robot vacuum, or displayed one.if I wanted to buy a second hand one I wouldn't of went there shame on you

I bought a cordless hoover vacuum from here, the lady was friendly and knowledgeable, they let me pay for it on afterpay too which was a bonus! 2 staff on that day and both friendly so not sure why all the negative reviews but mine was a pleasant experience and I would buy from them again no problem.

Went today with a specific vacuum in mind, and after a bit of vacuum education bought another model that was better for my needs. Shannyn was amazing. My 2 kids were quite rude and impatient but she was so good about it all. Even got a me good deal within my budget. Love my new vacuum too so very pleased overall.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly knowledgeable. Huge range of vacuums and parts and attachments. Great repair process where vacuums are sent off for repair or service. And at minimal cost. Just pay for parts and labour is free! Very good prices. Good variety and range from budget machines up to top of the line models
