Superior customer service!

When my current vacuum broke with no help from the manufacturer, I was left desperate for a new machine.

I firstly headed to one Godfrey’s store which happened to be refurbished this day. So to make it quick I headed to two Other very well known competitors company’s in search of help and a machine. I wasn’t able to get any help or obtain a machine.
So decided to try GODFREYS STRATHPINE I’M SO HAPPY I DID!

I was greeted with the warmth of an old friend and so much enthusiasm by the lovely Rachael, she immediately stopped what she was doing and came over and I told her I’ve had a day I don’t have much time and I’m after a vacuum, she jumped straight into assessing my needs asking about what floor covering I had, animals? Kids? (something no one else did)

She then jumped straight onto demos and talked through the machines SO CONFIDENTLY, we had some back and forth chat and I left with a machine and I’m so happy, happy about the ease of the experience, happy she respected me, LISTENED TO ME, happy she was not MECHANICALLY TRAINED, happy she was genuinely invested in helping me and earned the sale.

WOMEN LIKE RACHAEL ARE INTEGRAL TO YOUR BUSINESS and with this sales attitude and approach are a cut above the rest and should be what ALL people in CUSTOMER SERVICE should embody.

Had amazing customer service from Rachel when purchasing my Tineco floor one S5 pro. She gave a big demo for me on how it worked, as well as other helpful tips as someone who also owns the product. Bonus - she even helped me pack it away into my car as I had my little one with me.

What great service today! I called the Strathpine store to find out if they do trade in on shampoo cleaners. I had to leave a message and Rachel called me back within about 10 minutes. Popped in with my old shampoo cleaner and Rachel recommended the same shampoo cleaner I researched on Godfrey’s site. I felt very at ease speaking to Rachel about what I wanted the machine to do. I left the store as a very happy customer as Rachel’s customer service was fantastic. Glad to recommend Rachel at Godfrey at Strathpine store.

Yesterday I Was in there not even 10 minutes and walked out with a new vacuum for work. I was served by Rachael she did amazing.

Rachael helped us with our new floor cleaning appliance today in a way that made the purchase a delight.
We are most satisfied indeed.

When I first came in to Godfrey’s Strathpine, I originally brought in my Hoover Ranger (robo vac) to get fixed as it had already been outdated and wasn’t connecting to the app properly. However once we had sorted the repair situation with the old robo vac, Rachel began to ask me for my needs and to see how the current robo vac was handling it.

After informing her about the toddler and baby situation at home, she asked if I have heard about the latest technology with robo vac/mop machines, to which I had, but never had the time to properly think about it and talk to someone who knows the machine inside and out.

She walked me through all the options, and gave me her personal opinion which was 100% tailored to my situation.

By the end of that experience I knew exactly what machine I was buying, I just had to go home and do some measurements and put in an extra electrical power point at the bottom of our linen cupboard downstairs to meet the vision that Rachel and I had for implementing this clever little helper in our home.

On Valentine’s Day, I got in the car and called Rachel to let her know that I was 10mins away with the babies in the car, and to see if she could have the invoice and card payment ready so I could keep the babies in the car.

Of course it was no trouble for Rachel and her colleague, her colleague put the ECOVACS DEEBOT X1 OMNI in the car for me, whilst I met Rachel at the door with a simply payWave, and she got to meet the babies who were both asleep in the car

This was the greatest shopping experience to date, sadly I don’t think anything else will come close until I come back to see Rachel at Godfrey’s again!

Good service and great product. We purchased Tineco Floor One 2 years ago from Strathpine store. The machine worked like magic and really handy. Recently, it had trouble sucking up dirt not as it used to. We brought the machine back and staff in the store was very helpful. 2 weeks later we were given a replacement brand new machine as the old one was not repairable. Very surprised and happy. Mathew who served us was very friendly, he went far and beyond explaining everything. Gave us useful information for eco/pet friendly solutions as well. Very happy and grateful.

We arrived at Godfreys Strathpine after calling them first to check they could help us. Kevin was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble when it came to demonstrating and explaining different models. He had an answer for each one of our concerns and was able to suggest a couple of extras that meant we bought a vacuum that was specifically suited to our needs. Could not be happier. And they accepted a trade in on our old machine which was a bonus.

We got great service from Matt in deciding on a vacuum cleaner, he really knew his product information extremely well. My husband tested him out on that!

I popped into Strathpine Godfreys this afternoon to pick up some equipment for my cleaning business. Rachael was so helpful and wonderful to deal with. 10/10 for customer service!

Kev is an absolute asset to the Godfrey’s team at Strathpine. I’ve been looking at getting some different machines for different needs, and Kev always provides a swift yet friendly service with a wealth of knowledge. Real quality customer service is still alive and Kev is a pure example of this. Well done Kev keep up the great work.

I went to the Strathpine branch recently to purchase a stock vac. I was greeted upon entry by Matt G, who then assisted me with my purchase.
Not only was he knowledgeable with the product I was looking at, he was very informative with any questions I had as well. I walked out with everything I need and the knowledge I needed to maintain my vacuum.

I bought a tineco vaccum and bissell steam mop from the strathpine store.
I was greeted by Rachael, who easily helped me decide on the best product in my price range. The tineco pure one x vacuum has so far blown every vacuum I've owned away. I highly recommend you be served by Rachael, as she made it such an exciting experience with her deep knowledge of the products and enthusiasm, that I decided to go back and buy the steam mop straight away. Will be buying from there again for sure!
