I went into store to get assistance in finding a vacuum that would be best for me. Alyana took my needs in what type of vacuum i needed and was very helpful in finding me the vacuum that was best suited to my needs.

Alayna was very knowledgeable about the machines I was looking at and knew what one would suit my purpose the best. I went straight home and used the cleaner and am very happy with the choice Alayna suggested.

What can I say other than you have a real gem in Yaz. She’s super knowledgeable on your products and so helpful. She’s got selling to a fine art (if we had a spot I’d try poach her)
I went in to just get some info, she gave me the time and info without me feeling under pressure. Came back after going over all the info and purchased. Whilst there to purchase was looking at doing the same for my disabled brother. When I explained his situation she advised me that a different product would be best for him.
As I said you have a gem be careful she will get poached.

Went in to see about a vacuum. Spoke to the lovely Yasmine and Jenny and they were amazing. Super helpful, informative and super passionate about their work. Will only go to one place from now on for all my cleaning needs

BUYER BEWARE - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We put our cordless Vacuum into be serviced as I had bought it originally from this Godfreys Robina. Was told it would be sent away for to be assessed and I would receive a call to verify costs and if I wanted to proceed. The server said this may take couple of weeks and had to pay a $20 deposit which would come off the final bill.

I did receive the call from service team confirming the cost and I was happy to proceed. ($200 cost)

All was progressing as explained until I received another phone call informing me that our vacuum had been sent back to the shop WITHOUT ANY WORK being carried out because I failed to answer my phone (which I had NO MISSED CALLS from them). So effectively blaming me. I then explained that I had spoken to the service team had given them the green light to go ahead.

There had been a breakdown from Godfreys Robina side and resulted in us waiting 5 weeks to get the vacuum back. I asked if the owner could offer any price reduction for the mix up and inconvenience but was just told NO LUCK.

Finally, after being let down, I go to pay there was no record of my $20 deposit and I was told I hadn't paid it!

I worked in customer service for 15 years and still can't believe companies can offer such poor service where I was accused incorrectly twice with no attempt at problem resolution processes.

If you treat customers like this don't worry, soon enough you won't have any.

Amazing service! Yazmine went above and beyond for us while shopping for our new vaccuum cleaner - the best service I have had anywhere in a long time!

Wonderful friendly service at this store I spoke to a lovely woman named Jenny and she happily assisted me with replacing my vacuum! I came into the store completely unaware of what was best suited to my situation however Jenny was able to help me find something that was budget friendly and perfect for what I needed! I ended up getting the Tineco S12 and I’ve had no complaints everything is Perfect!

Yazmine was exceptional today. Her knowledge and patience deserve acknowledgement. A bunch of flowers to her. I bought a Robot from her and feel confident taking my Robot home.

Pirjo is very knowledgeable about the floor care products
felt confident in my decision to purchase the tineco floor mop and very happy with my purchase

Received excellent service today from Jenny who was very patient and went out of her way to explain different features on different vacuums and tirelessly demonstrated several models. Best service ever!

Wow Tiah, absolutely wonderful customer service I called today as my back vacuum arm had snapped and was broken she was so great as I stated with my cleaning business this is the busiest time of the year, I couldn’t wait for it to be repaired she said “come into store we can see if we have the part to repair”
Omg! She went above and beyond to find a suitable part for me to continue working.

Incredibly poor service. Took our vacuum cleaner in when it stopped working (just 5months old), store manager never contacted me back to tell me what was happening, they did not return any phone calls and never answered their phones. After going into the store it turned out our machine had been sent away with no expected date of return. We were told we weren’t allowed to talk to an area manager after expressing our displeasure. If I had seen these reviews to begin with I would not have purchased here. Disappointed to say the least.
